HR is the main asset of the company, so employees in the company are expected to have high organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment, the research was conducted at the LPD of Tegal Darmasaba Traditional Village, Kec. Abiansemal. Badung. The number of samples is 40 employees determined by the census method. Collecting data with a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. Data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, and VAF test to mediation. The result showe emotional intelligence had a positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational commitment, emotional intelligence had a positive effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction was able to mediate the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. The findings in this study have implications that in order to increase employee organizational commitment, organizations are expected to be active in approaching employees to find out the problems they are facing, so that colleagues and the organization are able to provide solutions when employees cannot control their emotions. Millennials have dominated the use of ecommerce. They tend to have characters with lower levels of loyalty to products or services. This will be a problem if ecommerce companies are unable to read the personal characteristics of its users. Millennials users are known to have innovativeness which is explained in their enjoyment of learning new systems. This perception also reflected through their assumptions about ease of use and usefulness of an e-commerce platforms. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived compatibility and perceived innovativeness to e-loyalty through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on millennials e-commerce users. Data are collected from 217 millennial customer's using purposive sampling method. Path analysis were done using SPSS Statistics 22. The results revealed both of perceived compatibility and perceived innovativeness affected eloyalty significantly through perceived usefulness. The results of this study shows that ease of use does not necessarily make users loyal, because there are several other important factors such as price, promotion, service quality.
COVID-19 is a big pandemic that the world is facing. Health organizations are currently in the spotlight. One of them is the organization of the hospital as the main public health service. The front guard of the hospital is a professional nurse. The research objective was to analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction with mediation, namely workload at Ari Canti Hospital, Ubud. This research is a quantitative approach, involving a population of 110 nurses selected using a simple random sampling technique. Path analysis is used as an analytical method. Interviews and questionnaires are used as a way of collecting data. The basic theory that underlies the research is the job demands-resources theory. The results of the booking study state that job stress has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, while the same workload has a clear negative effect on job satisfaction. Workload mediates the effect of job stress on job satisfaction. Mediation is essentially complementary mediation. Workload strengthens the effect of work stress on job satisfaction.
One of the job sectors that is growing rapidly and has the potential to deal with job stress is the hotel sector. To overcome this, employees need a form of social support that can come from superiors, co-workers, and family so that later these employees can manage their work stress well. The research data was analyzed and processed with the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis tool SPSS version 18.0. The population is 290 employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is as many as 125 employees. The results showed that workload and work family conflict had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and social support was statistically able to moderate the effect of workload and work family conflict on employee performance. The emergence of live streaming commerce has become evidence that the e-commerce has developed rapidly since Covid-19 pandemic. Consumers who shop at live commerce mostly don’t have a previous plan. This behavior is certainly influenced by various stimuli created by sellers. This study aims to investigate factors in stimulating purchase decisions. The sample used is 100 respondents. Data analysis used is Partial Least Square. The results indicate that interactivity has a significant effect on arousal, and leads to impulse buying. Attractiveness and perceived scarcity have no effect on arousal. This study implies that sellers should focus on improving the way they communicate with consumers. Hence, consumers can feel the togetherness and intimacy and enable impulse purchase to occur.
