The development of an organization is very dependent on the human resources itself such as work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction which can affect the performance of an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the General Secretariat of Tabanan Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative with a sample of 60 employees of the General Secretariat of Tabanan Regency. The results showed that work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction had a significant positive effect partially simultaneously on the performance of the general staff of the Tabanan Regency Secretariat.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: pengaruh jumlah penduduk secara parsial terhadap jumlah tabungan pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional di Provinsi Bali, pengaruh inflasi secara parsial terhadap jumlah tabungan pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional di Provinsi Bali, pengaruh tingkat suku bunga tabungan secara parsial terhadap jumlah tabungan pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional di Provinsi Bali, pengaruh jumlah penduduk, inflasi dan tingkat suku bunga tabungan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap jumlah tabungan pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional di Provinsi Bali. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa data time series selama lima belas tahun dari 2007 sampai dengan 2021 dan tehnik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Jumlah penduduk (X1) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah tabungan pada Bank Swasta Nasional di Provinsi Bali, Inflasi (X2) mempunyai pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap jumlah tabungan pada Bank Swasta Nasional di Provinsi Bali, Tingkat suku bunga Tabungan (X3) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah tabungan pada Bank Swasta Nasional di Provinsi Bali, Jumlah penduduk, inflasi dan tingkat suku bunga Tabungan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap jumlah tabungan pada Bank Swasta Nasional di Provinsi Bali.
The traditional market is the center of the economy where the lower middle class looks for needs and income. The purpose of this study was to determine the capital gap between traders in the Kediri Tabanan market before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as to determine the income gap between traders in the Kediri Tabanan market before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.The method of determining the sample uses a simple random sampling technique, where the number of samples to be taken is 88 traders at the Kediri Tabanan Market. The data analysis technique used was paired t-test.Based on the results of SPSS calculations, the following results were obtained: (1) There were differences in the capital of traders at the Kediri Tabanan Market before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, where the value of t count was greater than t table or 23,018>1,988 and the significance value was less than 5% or 0.000 < 0.05. (2) There is a difference in income for traders at the Kediri Tabanan Market before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, where the value of t count is greater than t table or 21,881 > 1,988 and the significance value is less than 5% or 0.000 < 0.05
