This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, sales growth, and asset structure on capital structure. This research was conducted at a tourism sector company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. The sampling method used in this study is a saturated sample technique where all populations are sampled. Data is collected through secondary data. The data used were tested with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques with SPSS version 23 tools. The results showed that profitability, sales growth and asset structure had a positive and significant effect on the capital structure of the tourism sector companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. Companies, especially tourism sector financial managers and interested parties, are expected to pay attention to changes in profitability, sales growth and asset structure because they have an influence on the company's capital structure to make funding decisions that will be used by companies to finance the company's operations.
