Hydrometeorological hazard early warning system has been developed in order to support public society in anticipating the extreme weather in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the early warning system in Indonesia still produced locally and need arduous human resources to process the enormous size data to have a good quality early warning. Therefore, in order to increase the effectivity, efficiency, and efficacy of the early warning system to produce the desired result, the automatic process was needed. This study will explain further the mechanism of process automation from the weather forecast to the output of warning displayed in an information system. The automation process combines several scripting in Python and batch script for GIS processing, as well as process scheduling using task scheduler. The output of extreme weather warning is in form of JSON files stored in organized folder directory. The automated process proven to be more useful in increasing the effectivity, efficiency, and efficacy of the early warning system to produce the desired result and later the automated process could be enhanced further to boost the lead time and reducing the arduous task in producing the early warning system.
ABSTRAKSalah satu persyaratan validasi data pengukuran gas adalah dilakukan oleh personel yang kompeten dengan menggunakan gas analyzer yang terkalibrasi dan pengunaan metode tervalidasi. Validasi metode pengukuran gas dengan peralatan gas analyzer dilakukan secara perbandingan langsung dengan certified span gas (CSG) yang tertelusur ke sistem satuan internasional melalui rantai perbandingan yang tidak terputus. Tujuan validasi metode kalibrasi adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi penting dalam menilai kemampuan serta keterbatasan metode kalibrasi. Validasi metode kalibrasi gas analyzer O 2 , CO, NO, NO 2 , SO 2 , CH 4 , dan H 2 S menghasilkan akurasi, presisi dan linieritas memenuhi kriteria batas keberterimaan yang telah ditentukan yaitu % R ≤ 2% relatif, % RSD ≤ 0,5 nilai horwitz dan koefisien determinasi ≥ 0,990. Kemampuan kalibrasi dan pengukuran digunakan sebagai informasi atas kemampuan pengukuran dan kalibrasi serta ketidakpastian yang dicapai yang tersedia bagi pelanggan dalam kondisi normal. Dengan demikian, metode kalibrasi gas analyzer yang telah divalidasi dapat digunakan untuk mengukur sampel gas untuk kebutuhan pelanggan.Kata kunci: validasi metode, certified span gas, zero gas, gas analyzer, calibration and measurement capability ABSTRACT One of the requirements for data validation of gas measurement with gas analyzer is performed by competent personnel using calibrated gas analyzer and validation of method. The validation of calibration method for the gas analyzer is carried out in direct comparison to the certified span gas (CSG) which is traceable to the international unit system through an unbroken chain of comparison. The purpose of calibration method validation is to obtain important information in assessing the capabilities as well as the limitations of the calibration methods. Validation of calibration method for O 2 , CO, NO, NO 2 , SO 2 , CH 4 , and H 2 S analyzer resulted in accuracy, precision and linearity that meets the predetermined acceptance limit criteria are in which % R ≤ 2% relative,% RSD ≤ 0,5 Horwitz value and coefficient of determination ≥ 0.990. The Calibration and Measurement Capability (CMC) obtained is the most precise uncertainty value that the laboratory could achieve in gas analyzer calibration routine services. Calibration and measurement capability (CMC) is used as information on measurement and calibration capability including uncertainty available to customers under normal conditions.
