Research in the field of e-learning is currently experiencing rapid development, especially due to the covid 19 pandemic. The application of e-learning in the world of education is currently the main thing and requires evaluation of its use. This study aims to determine the evaluation of models and trends in the development of e-learning (Learning Management System). Applying the Kitchenham approach, this System Literature Review (SLR) uses three main databases including Science Direct, ACM, SCOPUS. The final result obtained 38 articles published between 2016 and 2021. From this SLR, it was found that there were 7 criteria, namely Platform, Evaluation Model, Evaluation, Model, Approach, Problem, Trend and Challenge. These 7 criteria can be used for further research on e-learning. Thus this research provides knowledge about criteria that can be used further in research on E-learning and provides insight into its state-of-the-art.

Traders Family International adalah sebuah perusahaan jasa konsultan <em>forex</em> berbasis <em>trader</em> yang memusatkan bisnisnya pada perubahan wajah industri <em>forex</em> di Indonesia ke arah yang lebih modern, aman, transparan dan terpercaya. Pada perusahaan ini pengajuan izin dan cuti masih menggunakan cara manual, yaitu dengan mengisi formulir pengajuan izin dan cuti yang dapat mengalami kerusakan kertas formulir ataupun kehilangan formulir sehingga dapat menjadi masalah dalam perhitungan gaji pegawai.</p><p>Pegawai PT. Traders Family International menggunakan <em>paper-based </em>untuk pengajuan permohonan izin mapupun cuti dan masih menggunakan <em>Microsoft Excel</em> yang belum terintegrasi dengan baik antara proses absensi dan pengajuan izin maupun cuti. Akibatnya, HRD memerlukan waktu yang lebih lama dalam membuat laporan absensi dan dapat mengakibatkan kesalahan dalam membuat laporan absensi.</p>Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi <em>pengelolaan karyawan</em> berbasis <em>web</em> yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman <em>PHP</em> dan basis data <em>MySQL</em>, aplikasi ini dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh pegawai perusahaan di area yang terjangkau dengan <em>local area network </em>perusahaan. Dengan aplikasi ini pegawai juga dapat mengetahui sisa cuti, sehingga pegawai dapat mengajukan cuti tanpa bertanya ke bagian HRD untuk mengetahui sisa cuti

The development of technology which continues to increase rapidly has an impact on the internal processing of a company that is required to run faster. Information system technology is the main solution as a tool for activities in a company that is faster and more practical, and allows obtaining data that is more valid, precise and minimizes errors. PT Asahi Fibreglass is a company in Jakarta which started its business from 2001 which is engaged in manufacturing and marketing products for the needs of fiberglass products for industrial, residential, building and property needs. In operational activities of PT. Asahi Fibreglass has several obstacles in the process of recording stock items which still use a book-based recording method which makes recording look messy, there are differences in recording the physical stock of goods in the warehouse with the recording of goods recorded in a Microsoft Excel file, there are missing or tucked data because it still uses manual methods and is still book-based. The purpose of creating a web-based inventory information system at PT Asahi Fibreglass is a system improvement in regulating the flow or path of the process of in and out of warehouse goods that will replace the old inventory system that still uses Microsoft Excel, as well as speed up the process of making reports, and minimize errors in the inventory recording process.

Dengan menggunakan sentimen dari pengunjung, Pemilik tempat kuliner atau calon pengusaha dapat menentukan langkah apa yang harus diambil untuk memutuskan langkah apa yang harus diambil tanpa harus turun langsung dan melihat satu persatu. Salah satu teknik yang digunakan adalah Naïve Bayes Classifier, serta menggunakan Google Maps sebagai sumber data dalam pembuatan aplikasi, data yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem ini yaitu data tempat kuliner, sentimen pengunjung dan rating tempat. Dengan demikian pemilik tempat kuliner dapat mengambil keputusan mengenai apa yang harus dilakukan berdasarkan pendapat dari pengunjung tempat kulinernya
