In modern conditions, entrepreneurs are faced with the acute problem of analysing of numerous information, quickly responding to a constantly changing economic situation, and making the most optimal decisions. In this regard, the development of a Business Assistant service (BAS) is a very relevant since it is a modern solution that can significantly simplify and improve the work of enterprises. The main goal of the research is on the basis of AI technologies to elaborate the Business Assistant service, that would speed up, optimize and simplify the decision-making process for the entrepreneur and can be used by many enterprises both when starting a business and when operating it. The main tasks for implementing the goal are: to analyze the scientific literature regarding the possibilities of using AI technologies in business, to identify the factors that mainly influence the entrepreneur’s choice regarding the sphere of activity, as well as the types of information most useful for doing business, to analyze and collect data for the model design, to develop a prototype of the BAS and test its functionality in practice. The research methods are: the theoretical – analysis and synthesis, abstraction method, the empirical – modelling (clustering, classification, logistic regression) and experimental method. The investigation results are: a prototype of the BAS was created, its effectiveness – ability of delivering useful recommendations and improving the business decision-making process for the entrepreneur has been proven experimentally using actual market data. The service can be effectively used by small and medium-sized enterprises in various industries and regions, provided that there is an access to the necessary data. The main risks associated with its implementation and possible ways of their reduction were considered.
Introduction. The problem of interaction between the market of educational services and the labour market is becoming increasingly important. Each of these markets has its own characteristics that must be taken into account by both government and employers, students and other stakeholders. It is necessary to analyse the world experience of regulating this process, to study the current state of the problem, to develop ways to improve the situation in order to improve the mechanism of interaction between the labour market and education. This article focuses to the relationship between education and the labour market. Methods. During the work on the article were used: method of scientific abstraction - to substantiate conclusions, systematic analysis - to analyse the current situation in the market of educational services and labour market, statistical methods - to determine current trends in labour market and educational services market, comparison - for comparative analysis, methods of tabular and graphical presentation of information. Results. Problems of the relationship between the education system and the labour market have been identified. Proposals for improving the labour market situation have been substantiated. Prospects for the development of the market of educational services and the labor market are outlined. Recommendations for public authorities, business representatives and educational institutions to reduce the imbalance between supply and demand in the labour market have been developed. Discussion. In the future, it is planned to study the participation of education in the formation of human potential of the country, to study the factors that contribute to improving the quality of education in the network society, to identify quantitative relationships between education and other factors influencing career success. Keywords: labour, education, market of educational services, labour market, interaction, world experience.
Abstract. The paper deals with the early warning system that allows monitoring the external sustainability of an economy due to external economic shocks. For this purpose, the analysis of the external sustainability indicators system of an economy (example of Ukraine) was implemented. It consisted of statistical analysis of the system of indicators of external sustainability of an economy, probabilistic assessment of their dynamics due to external economic shocks. The analysis of external sustainability indicators includes verifying their volatility, stability and variability relative to GDP. It means calculation of standard deviation for testing the volatility, autocorrelation to check the stability of the indicator and correlation between its value and GDP growth rate to measure the variability relative to the economy’s performance. The calculations of threshold percentiles for indicators of external sustainability of Ukraine’s economy, noise-signal ratios and probabilities of the occurrence of unsustainable external perturbationsare based on signal approach. The analysis of indicators of external sustainability of Ukraine’s economy shows that most indicators are volatile relative to their average values. It is shown that most indicators of the external sustainability of Ukraine’s economy are acyclic as they are weakly correlated with the growth rate of GDP, although their turning points coincide in many cases. Procyclical indicators are the ratio of reserve assets to «broad money», the ratio of net foreign assets to GDP, the average interest rate on external government liabilities, countercyclical indicators are the ratio of reserve assets to short-term external debt, the share of external public debt denominated in foreign currency to the total amount of external government obligations (except for SDR). Keywords: external sustainability, early warning system of external sustainability, external economic shocks, commodity prices, debt sustainability, social and market efficiency.
