The article provides a detailed analysis of the influence of the combination of performance indicators of mobile lifts with working platforms (MLWP) at the stage of stopping and the process of vibration damping after stopping the working platform. On the basis of the results of experimental research and processing of the obtained data, an analysis was made of the influence of the angles of inclination of the upper and lower sections of the boom and the mass of the load in the working platform on the maximum amplitude of oscillations of accelerations when the working platform is locked, the period of oscillations and the time of their damping. As a result of the analysis, the spectrum of the response surfaces of the maximum amplitude of acceleration oscillations when the working platform is locked, the period of oscillations and the time of their damping from the working mass and the angles of inclination of the lower and upper boom sections was obtained, on the basis of which it can be concluded that the value of the maximum amplitude of acceleration oscillations in the locking time of the working platform is most influenced by the mass of the load in the working platform.
The article provides an analysis of the results of an experimental study of oscillatory processes occurring in mobile lifts with working platforms (MLWP) during the working operations. According to the developed research methodology, the results of measurements of acceleration along the horizontal and vertical axes of the machine at the point of articulation of the boom and at the point of attachment of the working platform to the boom were obtained and analysed. The analysis of the obtained oscillograms indicates that the greatest oscillations occur at the point of attachment of the working platform to the boom along the vertical axis. Accordingly, a detailed analysis of the influence of the operating parameters of the mobile lift on the oscillatory processes occurring during the operation of the machine at the point of attachment of the working platform to the boom along the vertical axis was carried out.
Purpose. Search for ways to improve the technical level of the hydraulic fluid power of a hose concrete pump by analyzing the hydraulic schematic diagram and dynamic characteristics depending on the moment of resistance, moment of inertia and properties of the working fluid. Method. The construction of a mathematical model of the dynamics of a hydraulic fluid power is based on Newton's laws of mechanics, Pascal's law and the continuity equation for fluids. The dynamics study was implemented using the VisSim package. The results of studies of the influence of variable parameters on the rotor speed and pressure in the discharge line of the hydraulic motor are presented in graphical form. Results. It was found that in a volumetric hydraulic fluid power of a concrete pump with rotor rotation from a gerotor hydraulic motor, there are significant fluctuations in pressure and speed, due to the kinematics of the pump, temporary factors of the increase in the moment of resistance and supply of the working fluid to the hydraulic motor with the throttle method of its regulation. The ratio of the maximum and steady-state pressure values is 1,9 times obtained for hydraulic motors of different displacement. The possibilities of reducing the dynamic loading of the hydraulic fluid power by improving its hydraulic schematic diagram and control algorithm are shown. Conclusion. Recommendations have been developed for reducing dynamic loads in a hydraulic fluid power by modernizing the hydraulic circuit diagram by introducing electrohydroautomatics devices and changing the algorithm for starting and stopping the pump.
Problem. The article presents the main results of studies on the influence of slippage of new overrunning clutches at the beginning and at the end of their contact with the working surfaces of the half-coupling grooves. In order to expand the functionality in terms of limiting the maximum torque while simultaneously performing classic functions, when calculating new ball overrunning clutches, it is necessary to take into account the forces of friction between the balls and the supports. Goal. This fact forms the basis for setting the task of this research, where a comparison of the force interaction of the balls with the working surfaces of the grooves of half-clutches without taking into account frictional forces and taking them into account is carried out. Methodology. It should be emphasized that at present, in the starters of cars and other automobile and road equipment, free-running roller clutches are used, which transmit power due to the frictional forces that arise between the jammed rollers and the working surfaces of the half-clutches. However, they tend to slip, especially in winter, when it often skids. In order to improve the starting process of internal combustion engines of automobile and road technical equipment, several overrunning ball couplings have been developed and patented, which transmit torque according to the principle of engagement of balls located in the grooves of the leading and driven half-clutches. Originality. The conducted research has confirmed that the developed ball safety clutches can also be used as torque limiters in wrenches and starters of various vehicles instead of traditional roller overrunning clutches. Such a variety of application possibilities of these devices poses new challenges for a more complete study of the processes of connection and disconnection of power kinematic chains of vehicles. According to the results of the analysis of the forceful interaction of balls with the working surfaces of the grooves, half-clutches follow such scientific and practical conclusions. The forces between the balls and the side surfaces of the grooves of half-clutches for various working and non-working conditions of the clutches are determined. Practical value. The ratio between the basic elements of the new overt ball clutch in the working and not in the working states without taking into account and taking into account the force of friction is considered. It is established that for large clutches it is necessary to take into account the force of friction especially with increased requirements for the accuracy of adjusting the device at a certain rotational moment. For small-sized ball overrunning clutches, friction force is significantly affected by the accuracy of their operation. Clarifying the marginal dimensions of these clutches, which must take into account friction, will be the task of further research.
Problem. Currently, there are about 150 manufacturers of mobile lifts with working platforms (MLWP), which constantly design and introduce into production new machines with expanded capabilities. Therefore, there is a need to determine the level of technical development of MLWP, which is not possible without the analysis of statistical data of their nomenclature depending on the classification features and operational parameters. Goal. The purpose of the work is to analyze the impact of classification features and operational parameters of MLWP on the level of their technical development. Methodology. The analytical methods of studying the statistical data were used. The methods of mathematical modulation were used to develop the general trend of the jib MLWP technical level. Results. As a result of the analysis the general trend of the technical level of the jib MLWP by the height of rise of the working platform depending on the weight of the machine, the general trend of the technical level of the jib MLWP by the magnitude of the working platform horizontal reach, and the general trend of the technical level of the jib MLWP by the height of rise of the working platform depending on the working platform horizontal reach were obtained. Originality. The telescopic and articulated lifts are usually considered as separate groups, although they have much in common, because at least one section of the jib of modern articulated lifts consists of retractable (telescopic) sections, so during the statistical analysis of the MLWP technical level, these machines were considered as a single group of jib machines. Practical value. With the help of the obtained statistical dependences of the jib MLWP technical level on the technological parameters of the machine, it is possible to assess the technical development of both an individual machine and a group of MLWP with the determination of trends for further development.
