This study is devoted to the analysis of the attitude of the teacher candidates who are having education in Ağrı Ibrahim Çeçen University, Education Faculty, Department of Elementary Turkish Education about these facts below that are accepted as the terms for the sufficiency of education programme. A-) The terms about the sufficiency of education programme: The most of the lessons in the faculty are theoretical and they are just reinforcement to main courses; there is a subject contentful in education programme of faculty; and the programme can be flexible according to the environment of educational institution and it is so extensive as to keep the students at school for long period. B-) The terms about the sufficiency of education environment: The instructors are successful at preparing the environment that makes it possible for them to learn better and they do a good job at dealing with the problems of the classroom environment and having student a healthy communication with them and also being careful about not forcing them to much about the lessons. A questionnaire is conducted to the teacher candidates in order to measure their attitude about A-) the terms about the sufficiency of education programme B-) the terms about the sufficiency of education environment. There are 121 students candidates in total that are Elementary Turkish Education Department of Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University in the research sample. According to research finding, the teacher candidates gave different answers to the articles of the questionnaire about A-) the terms about the sufficiency of education programme and B-) the terms about the sufficiency of education environment. The findings have showed that the candidates gave different answers to a very reliable scale factor, Cronbach's Alpha value (α=0.91) as the mentioned by Field [5].
The purpose of this study is to determine the opinions of administrators of National Education Directiorate, School Directors and Vice-school Directors about the in-service activities and the system of in-service training programs related to work security. Moreover, it is investigated the level of the knowledge whether in-service training ignores professional diseases, the participant of in-service trainees are aware of the difference between the participation and success certificates that they deserved at the end of the training and there is a lost of expectations on the trainees related to prove the gainings that they got through the training. To determine the knowledge level of the administrators on in-service training related to administration and investigation, they were given a data obtaining tool including knowledge about in-service training. The sample of the research consists of 30 school directors and 75 vice school directors, total 105 administrators working in different schools of Ağrı National Education Directoriate. According to the findings of the research, it is seen that the administrators answered the questions including the knowledge on in-service training in changing rates. At the end of the research, it is realized that the administrators were qualified with the rates between 29% and 53% about the in-service training related to administration and investigation.
This study aims to find out the attitude of preservice teachers of Ağrı İ.Ç. University Faculty of Education who study at the Department of Elementary Turkish Education to the statements related to preservice teachers and competence of lecturers. A-) The statements related to preservice teachers includes following statements: "Productivity of the courses taken in the school enable them to understand the qualifications that a teacher must have.", "Students take advantages of the education process which brings them sufficient teaching experience", "During their education, students experience many fascinating features related to teaching professions which they haven't seen before.", "Opportunities and facilities that the students have in the school let them have rich variety of experiences related to communication with people.", "The students who have thought that they couldn't be teacher understand they are in wrong to assume it after they experience teaching." B-) The statements related to competence of lecturers includes following statements: "Lecturers have enough professional competence since they have received decent undergraduate education.", "Lecturers can convey their knowledge to students by showing their class related to class management and employing different methods to teach since they don't teach the lessons with the exception of their professional fields.", "Lecturers can plan the teachinglearning process successfully thanks to their professional teaching knowledge.", "Scientific dignity that the lecturers have thanks to their competence makes them reach the exemplary positions.", "The high level of service delivery qualifications which the lecturers have thanks to their competence makes the students apply their knowledge to real life." A questionnaire which includes questions related to A-) the statements related to preservice and B-) the statements related to competence of lecturers is conducted to determine the attitudes of preservice teachers towards. A-) The statements related to preservice teachers and B-) The statements related to competence of lecturers. The sample for the research is composed of 121 preservice teachers of Ağrı İ.Ç. University Faculty of Education who study at the Department of Elementary Turkish Education. According to the findings of the research; it is seen that the preservice teachers have answered the questions containing information on A-) the statements related to preservice and B-) the statements related to competence of lecturers with variable rates. The results which are mentioned above make it possible to come to that conclusion that preservice teachers have responded to questionnaire which is reliable according to its Cronbach's Alpha value (α=0.91) in varying ratios (Field, 2013). In this study, research was carried out in order to find out whether the certificate system which requires attendants of in-service training is adequate; whether their achievements are sufficiently evaluated in the appointment and ranking processes; whether in-service training is accepted as both a right and a responsibility of the institutions; whether the units responsible for the coordination of inservice training on a national and local level in Turkey are sufficient, and whether human relations are deemed important in in-service training programs as part of views of the Directors of the Agri National Education Directorate, the Principals and Vice Principals of Primary-Secondary Schools in the context of Administration and Supervision. The directors administered a survey which contained information on in-service training in order to determine their level of knowledge on this training in terms of administration and supervision. The sample for the research is composed of 105 directors, 30 of these directors are principals, and the others are vice-principals, from the directors of Agri National Education. According to the findings of the research; it was seen that the directors answered the questions containing information on in-service training with variable rates.
