This procedure is also to eliminate subjectivity in research results. The sample in this study were all third grade students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Palangkaraya, and because the population was less than 100 people, all third grade students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School became the research sample. The variables in this study are cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. Data collection methods or techniques are using the question method or in the form of tests and observations. While the instrument used in this study is in the form of a test to measure the ability of the beginning or end of learning, and observation during the learning process takes place. The steps and procedures in analyzing data are as follows: data collection, editing, coding, data tabulation, data quality testing and describing data. In a learning process, it is always necessary to conduct an assessment or evaluation so that a teacher obtains complete data on the ability of students to have their abilities, assessment will also be meaningful when a teacher does not only do one or two assessments, but is done as often as possible to monitor student progress. continuously while looking at the extent to which learning objectives have been achieved. In addition evaluation must also be able to describe students' abilities in three domains, namely: cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. To measure the cognitive domain using a measuring instrument in the form of multiple choice tests, while to measure the affective and psychomotor domains using the observation sheet.
Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan: (1) model pembelajaran Model Kwu-Kop yang dapat menumbuhkan keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa SMK; (2) perangkat pembelajaran Model KwuKop yang dapat dipergunakan di SMK; (3) model pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang memenuhi kriteria valid dan efektif; dan (4) model pembelajaran yang dapat dilaksanakan dan berfungsi dengan baik untuk menumbuhkan keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa SMK. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Tahap pengembangan terdiri empat tahap yaitu: (1) investigasi ; (2) perancangan; (3 realisasi; dan (4) evaluasi. Produk yang dihasilkan divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli pendidikan. Penilaian dilakukan sebanyak dua kali, yaitu: (1) pra-ujicoba terbatas, dan (2) setelah ujicoba terbatas. Tingkat kesepakatan antar penilai dianalisis dengan statistik Coeffisient Cohen‟s Kappa dan Percentage of Agreement. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) pengembangkan Model Kwu-Kop terbagi dalam dua kegiatan, yaitu: (a) pra-pengembangan, meliputi tahap investigasi, tahap perancangan, tahap realisasi; dan (b) pengembangan, meliputi tahap evaluasi; (2) perangkat model yang dihasilkan adalah buku panduan Model Kwu-Kop lengkap dengan perangkat pembelajaran (RPP, modul, job sheet dan alat evaluasi); (3) model yang dihasilkan memenuhi kriteria valid dan efektif; dan (4) Model Kwu-Kop dapat dilaksanakan dan berfungsi dengan baik untuk menumbuhkan keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa SMK. A SCHOOL COOPERATIVE-BASED ENTREPRENEURSHIP LEARNING MODEL IN THE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT GROUPAbstractThe objectives of this study are to develop: (1) the school cooperative-based entrepreneurship learning model (SC-ELM) that can build entrepreneurial skills among students in vocational high school (SMK); (2) a set of SC-ELM that can be used in SMK; (3) SC-ELM that can meet validity and effectiveness criteria; and (4) SC-ELM that can be applied and serve well to build the entrepreneurial attitudes and skills of SMK students. This study used the „R & D‟ method. The development consisted of four steps, i.e.: (1) investigation; (2) designing; (3) realization; and (4) evaluation. The resultant products were validated by the experts in both learning material and education. Assessment was done twice: (1) limited pre-test and (2) post-test. To measure the level of inter-rater consensus by the experts, an analysis was done by using the statistic tests for the Coefficient Cohen‟s Kappa and the Percentage of Agreement. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The development of SC-ELM is divided into two types of activity, i.e. (a) predevelopment step, including investigation, designing, and realization; and (b) development, including evaluation. (2) The developed model consists of the manual of SC-ELM and a set of lesson plans (RPP, module, job sheet, and evaluation instrument). (3) The resultant model meets the validity and effectiveness criteria. (4) SC-ELM can be applied and serve well to build the entrepreneurial attitudes and skills of SMK students
This research aims at knowing: (1) influence of working satisfaction on work spirit lecturer and employee University of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya, (2) influence of fieldwork on work spirit lecturer and employee University of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya, (3) influence of working satisfaction and fieldwork collectively on work spirit lecturer and employee University of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya. Research is done in the official University of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya RTA Milono Street Km 1,5 Palangka Raya Central Kalimantan. Variables will be researched: (1) Free Variable (Working Satisfaction and Fieldwork), and (2) Bound Variable (Work Spirit). The population is all lecturers and employees in the official University of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya which amount more or less 100 people in this research. 100 populations were made as a group based on their work section, they are 65 lecturers and 35 section of personnel. Data collection uses a questionnaire and documentation. This data is supplied in form of frequency distribution table, then to identify inclination each free variable and bound variable uses ideal average score (M) and ideal standard deviation (SD) then it is determined classification. Research result was: (1) Working satisfaction of lecturer and employee on the official University of Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya had enough inclination, (2) There were significant influence of working satisfaction on work spirit, (3) There was significant influence of fieldwork on spirit work, (4) There were significant influence on working satisfaction and fieldwork collectively on working satisfaction.
The purpose of this research is to describe the management of developing entrepreneurship of SMKN-2 Palangkaraya students, including the function of planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluating. This research employs the qualitative phenomenology method, which is profoundly and naturally to understand and interpret the phenomena in the field. The subjects of the study were the headmaster, vice-headmaster in curriculum affairs, entrepreneurship teacher, and unit production manager. The data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. This research used Mile and Huberman analysis models through data reduction, data display, and conclusion. 1) The syllabus is not completely matched with the characteristics of Vocational High School 2, in which teaching and learning are focused on the cognitive aspects of students without giving practice in managing entrepreneurial activities, 2 ) Entrepreneurship class program has not reached the goal, because of not having a formal legality actuating the entrepreneurship program, and is an understanding of its curricula, so that the entrepreneurship class is program canceled for evaluation, event through the student's skill is reasonably good , 3) The training at the production unit could increase the student's ability and entrepreneurship, and 4) Industrial practices that have direct experiences to work and learn to manage the business in real time life situation.
Entrepreneurship has important roles to play in a nation. Student should be equipped with academic capabilities and practical skills as well as entrepreneurial values and attitudes for future challenges of life. Therefore, a vocational education is strategic to develop through an entrepreneurship model. Purposes of this study are to find out the conditions of school cooperative, models applied to develop learning process for enhancing entrepreneurial attitudes among students, and whether or not the development of learning on the base of school cooperative can enhance the entrepreneurial attitudes among the students of Vocational Schools. The study is conducted by using a research and development method. Data used are quantitative data, such as the assessment scores of attitude tests. The data are supported by qualitative data, such as comment, critique, and recommendation for improvement from material and education experts, of product development. The data are collected using instruments of attitude test, observation, interview and questionnaires. The collected data are analyzed by using a path analysis technique.
