INFO ARTIKEL PENDAHULUANPemberian kesempatan yang lebih besar bagi desa untuk mengurus tata pemerintahannya sendiri serta pemerataan pelaksanaan pembangunan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat desa (www.bpkp.go.id). Dalam Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa dijelaskan bahwa desa pada tahun 2015 mendapat kucuran dana sebesar 10% dari Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN), sehingga permasalahan seperti kesenjangan antar wilayah, kemiskinan, dan masalah sosial budaya lainnya dapat diminimalisir.Alokasi dana sebesar itu baru pertama kali dalam sejarah APBN Republik Indonesia. Penggunaan dana tersebut harus dikelola secara akuntabel di tengah minimnya akses informasi dan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat desa khususnya desa-desa yang berada di Kabupaten Klaten (www.ugm.ac.id).

From these results, it can be seen that persial work ability (X1) has an influence on the performance of employees is 2,539 and promosi position (X2) has an influence on the work performance of employees is 3,554. While simultaneously it is known that the ability to work and promotion have an influence on the performance of employees with influence value of 0,224 (R2) or of 22.4 %. Extension activities cannot be separated from the participation of farmers as objects. The success of the extension can be seen from the extent to which farmers apply what they get to the farm they manage and the extent to which the production results obtained from their farming. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between farmer participation in extension activities and maize production levels in South Sulawesi. This research was conducted in South Sulawesi Province, Jeneponto Regency and Gowa Regency. The data collected is primary data obtained from 40 corn farmers taken from 2 farmer groups. The data used are respondent characteristics, technology characteristics, farmer participation variables. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and Chi Square data analysis using SPSS program. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 58.1 percent of farmer characteristics had an effect on the level of corn production and there was a significant relationship between farmer participation in extension and corn production.

Salah satu sumber pendapatan masyarakat Desa Kutajaya terutama di Dusun Babakan Banten adalah sebagai pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Dalam mendirikan usaha terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu diperhatikan, diantaranya aspek perizinan usaha dan aspek keuangan. Berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan di Dusun Babakan Banten terdapat para pelaku UMKM dengan prospek usaha  dari yang kecil sampai besar belum memiliki dokumen perizinan dan tidak memiliki laporan laba/rugi usaha. Oleh karena itu, kami memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang pentingnya perizinan usaha dan simulasinya, serta pembuatan laporan laba/rugi usaha dan simulasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan pelatihan (simulasi) kepada para pelaku UMKM dan masyarakat pada umumnya yang memiliki keinginan untuk membuka usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa audiens mampu membuat akun untuk pendaftaran perizinan usaha dan melengkapi dokumen yang disyaratkan, serta mampu membuat laporan laba/rugi sebagai hasil perhitungan laba/rugi atas operasional usaha.
