Motivating students to speak in the classroom is a daunting task faced by many language teachers worldwide (Ulla, 2020). However, investigation reporting motivation among EFL class taught by foreign teachers are rarely revealed. Thus, this study investigates English speaking class taught by a foreign English teacher and students motivation during the program. The participants were freshmen in the academic year of 2019/2020 (N=48). It was conducted on the bridging time of the 1st and 2nd semester (January March 2020). This study applied observation class and a survey method to collect the data. The observation class revealed the method and strategy used by a foreign English teacher, while the survey utilized a 5-scale Likert questionnaire. The results showed that the teacher implemented several game-based strategies in class combined with topic based on the context. The survey acknowledged that the students had high motivation in speaking English. These results shed light on the speaking class design and material in engaging students learning motivation which has to be fun, interesting and fit with the context
The purpose of this research is to obtain the dimensions of the savonius wind turbine and to test the calculation results and design of the savonius wind turbine based on the wind speed generated due to the movement of the train in the tunnel. The method used is to calculate the dimensions of the turbine diameter. The results of the calculations show that the savonius wind turbine diameter is 60 cm with a height of 60 cm. The maximum voltage generated is 12.26 V with a current of 0.52 A at a wind speed of 5.7 m/s.
Composite material is a type of new, engineered material consisting of two or more materials where the properties of each material differ from one another both in chemical and physical properties and remain separate in the final material. Composite materials have many advantages, one of which is lighter weight and corrosion resistance. In this study, composites made from glass fiber were carried out with variations in the arrangement of laminates, in order to select the material which was then applied to the manufacture of the inspection lorry body. Composites were made using the hand lay-up method. Tensile test specimens made according to ASTM D-638. The results of the tensile test show that the highest tensile strength of glass fiber composite material for the inspection lorry body is 5.45 MPa and the lowest tensile strength is 4.62 MPa.

Bongkar pasang cowhanger saat ini masih dilakukan dengan cara manual yaitu dengan cara mengganjal cowhanger dengan balok-balok di atas rel. Untuk pemindahan cowhanger masih dengan cara manual yakni diangkat menggunakan tangan yang tentu saja beresiko bagi pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan desain serta perhitungan kekutan pada alat bantu bongkar pasang cowhanger. Software yang digunalan dalam penelitian ini dengan Autodesk Inventor 2017. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan alat ini bisa menerima beban maksimal sebesar 2000 N serta tegangan terbesarnya adalah 1,596 Mpa dan tegangan terkecilnya adalah 0,761.
