Kata kunci: Kemitraan, Produksi, Pendapatan, Dampak, Kakao ABSTRACT In this investigation, we'll find out (1) The collaboration process of cocoa growers with PT. TMCI is the focus of this research. (2) Differences in output and income between non-partner and partner cocoa farmers at PT. TMCI, and (3) Production and income of partner and non-partner cocoa farmers at PT. The study's population of 1,277 cocoa growers included 30 partner farmers and 30 non-partner farmers who served as research samples. Because there are an equal number of samples in the Lalembuu District, simple random sampling was used for this investigation. The findings revealed that (1) the partnership process at PT. TMCI demonstrates that the cocoa bean quality satisfies criteria, plantation certification, and the establishment of farmer groups. Filling up documents and signing collaboration contracts are among the steps in the process. (2) The average output of cocoa farmer respondents is 974 kg per hectare, while that of non-partner respondents is 908 kg perhectare. The average annual revenue of partner respondents is Rp26,863,114, while that of non-partner respondents is Rp22,161,946. (3) There is a significant difference in the confidence level between the results and income of partner and non-partner cocoa farmers, indicating differences in production between partner and non-partner cocoa farmers. It is clear from the research findings above that the company PT TMCI has an influence on the partnership by helping farmers learn more by directing the cocoa growing process. In addition, it can increase output and generate partner income. Keywords: Partnership, Production, Revenue, Impact, Cocoa
