This research aimed to determine the effect of Quick on The Draw Model assisted by the physics learning book integrated Pancasila values on critical thinking skills. This research is quasi-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The subject in this research is 27 students of class XI MIA 2 MAN 1 Yogyakarta. Data collection used a test question to obtain data on students’ critical thinking skills. Data analysis increased critical thinking skills using n-gain. The results show the n-gain value on each indicator of critical thinking as follows: focusing questions of 0.75 (high), answering clarification questions of 0.82 (high), analyzing arguments of 0.68 (moderate), reviewing consideration values of 0.75 (high), and decide on an action of 0.53 (moderate). Therefore, Quick on The Draw Model assisted by the physics learning book integrated Pancasila values can improve critical thinking skills.
When looking at social reality today, the number of children as perpetrators of crime is still significant, especially children as perpetrators of narcotic crimes. This encourages a study to find out how the concept of diversion in the future as an alternative settlement of cases of children as narcotics offenders. The research method used is a normative approach, which is also complemented by a comparative juridical approach. The data used are secondary data consisting of primary legal material in the form of laws and regulations on narcotic crime and the juvenile justice system. It uses secondary licensed content in the way of literature related to narcotics misconduct by children. The results of the study concluded that "the concept of diversion towards children in the future must expel children from the criminal justice process, relating to the handling of children who abuse police narcotics as holders of discretionary authority should diversify through medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation programs without having to be confronted with the judicial process criminal.
Objective: E-modules are teaching materials integrated with technological advances using digital applications that are more attractive to students. One of the problems in learning science is the low ability of students' digital literacy. Efforts to increase digital literacy skills include using an e-module based on a flipped classroom type of blended learning. This study aims to describe the validity of teaching materials consisting of syllabi, lesson plans, student worksheets, blended learning-based flipped classroom-type e-modules on climate change material, digital literacy ability questionnaires, and knowledge test instruments. Method: The method used in this research is limited to the validity of teaching materials. The developed teaching materials were tested on students of class VII JHS. Data collection was carried out using the validation method, and data analysis was carried out quantitatively. Results: The results of the data analysis concluded that the syllabus was in the very valid category, the lesson plans were in the valid category, the e-module was in the valid category, the student worksheets were in the valid category, the digital literacy ability questionnaire sheet was in the valid category, and the knowledge test instrument was in the valid category. Novelty: Flipped classroom-based blended learning-based e-modules can be used as an alternative to electronic modules in learning to improve students' digital literacy skills. This e-module can be used for varied learning both online and offline so that students are expected to gain learning experiences that can later be used to solve problems encountered in real life.
