This research is expected to provide information for the benefits of Bank SulutGo and also the Government of North Sulawesi in forming the composition of the board of directors and board of commissioner and all bank officials in SulutGo Bank. The population and samples are SulutGo Bank officials consisting of boards of commissioners, boards of directors, division leaders and branch leaders of all the Banks of SulutGo. They consist of 4 Commissioners, 5 Directors, 2 Heads of Department, 19 Heads and Divisional Representatives, plus 94 head offices (head office, branch offices and sub-branch offices) scattered throughout the provinces of North Sulawesi, Gorontalo, DKI Jakarta and East Java. In measuring the performance of BPD, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) are employed. The results show age, education level, work period and gender has a positive relationship with CAR, but there is no relationship with ROA, ROE and Total Assets. The same with the F-test, simultaneously age, education level, work period and gender has a positive relationship with CAR but there is no relationship with ROA, ROE and Total Assets.
Abstrak: Bisnis yang cukup berkembang saat ini dan menarik perhatian pasar adalah bisnis dalam bidang fashion dan dikenal dalam dunia perbelanjaan offline atau online shop dengan jumlah persaingan yang cukup ketat dan menggunakan berbagai strategi berupa Digital Marketing, Kualitas Produk dan Emosional Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Digital Marketing, Kualitas Produk dan Emosional terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pinky Kitty Shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dimana jumlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan variabel Digital Marketing, Kulitas Produk, dan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Pinky Kitty Shop. Dan secara parsial hanya variabel Digital Marketing dan Kualitas Produk yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Pinky Kitty Shop. Pinky kitty shop seharusnya tetap mempertahankan serta mengembangkan promosi lewat media sosial yang ada, dapat memberikan kualitas produk yang lebih baik lagi dengan harga yang lebih terjangkau, dan membangun emosi positif dengan konsumen agar setiap konsumen merasakan kepuasan saat berbelanja di Pinky Kitty shop.
A study conducted by the World Bank on Ease of Doing Business for starting a business shows that the business environment in Indonesia is still not conducive to the growth of the trade and industry sector because of the high cost of starting and operating a business. This is because Indonesia faces many problems of formality and complicated procedures that need to be passed, especially in starting a new business. The research objective is to conduct an empirical study of ease doing business, especially starting a business in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Eastern Indonesia Region. The study was conducted in 12 districts/cities in North Sulawesi Province. The research method used is descriptive and qualitative method to several businesses in the form of interviews. The results show that there has been a positive change in ease of doing business especially starting a business in this region.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di PT Air Manado, untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial Kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di PT Air Manado. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif asosiatif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan sampel yaitu pelanggan di PT Air Manado yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk (X1), Harga (X2) dan Kualitas pelayanan (X3) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) di PT Air Manado. Kualitas Produk (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y), Harga (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y), Kualitas Pelayanan (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) di PT Air Manado.
Small businesses in Manado are on of the pillars in supporting economic growth in this area. SMEs also support the development of innovation in supporting the tourism industry in this city. Problems faced by SMEs in Manado include how SMEs in Manado, especially traditional SMEs, in predicting consumer behavior especially tourist behavior in Manado. The research objective is to analyze the factors that influence the buying interest of tourists in traditional SMEs in the city of Manado. The research method is quantitative with the object of research in traditional food and beverage based SMEs in the city of Manado. The number of samples is 100 respondents taken from 10 SMEs. The results obtained information related to variables affecting the buying interest of tourists in the city of Manado.
