Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 13 desa di Kecamatan Samarinda Ilir dengan obyek potensi usaha masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi sumberdaya ekonomi lokal yang berdaya tarik, berdaya saing tinggi dan berpotensi menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui focus group discussion dengan masyarakat. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha ekonomi produktif unggulan yang berpeluang besar membuka lapangan kerja adalah sektor perdagangan, industri rumah tangga, jasa dan pertanian.
This study aims to analyze the effect of brand identity and brand image on brand satisfaction and brand loyalty of silverqueen chocolate products in Samarinda City. A quantitative approach using path analysis processed with IBM SPSS 23 software and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM AMOS 5 software. A total of 132 respondents who had consumed Silverqueen chocolate in Samarinda were the samples in this study. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale with a score of 1 - 5. In the beginning, validity and reliability tests are carried out on the research instrument, then estimation tests and structural model fit tests are conducted. The results showed that brand identity and brand image had a significant effect on brand satisfaction and had no significant effect on brand loyalty. Likewise, brand satisfaction has no significant effect on brand loyalty. The results of this study state that brand variables that affect brand satisfaction will not automatically encourage brand loyalty.
The purpose of the study was to analyse the level of financial independence and dependency as well as patterns of relations in regencies and cities in East Kalimantan as recipients of transfer funds from the Central Government in 2011-2016 period. The sample was set in 5 regions, from the largest transfer fund recipient to the smallest. This research was a descriptive qualitative research that was by analysing the level of financial independence and regional financial capacity and the pattern of its relationship with the central government. The study result found that the five sample regions had very low average independence ratio because of less than 25% except for Balikpapan City 40.61%. The average of Kukar District was 6.5%, Samarinda was 22.43%, PPU was 10.77% and Bontang was 13.08%. The level of dependence with the Central Government is very high at more than 75%. The majority of regions have a pattern of relations with the Central Government in the form of an instructive relationship pattern except for Balikpapan City which was consultative. The results showed that the essence of regional autonomy has not been as successful as expected.
The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the use of social media for most people in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of e-quality, e-trust, and the perceived benefits of e-satisfaction and e-loyalty of WhatsApp users during the Covid-19 pandemic in Samarinda. The data used are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 105 respondents of WhatsApp users in Samarinda. The questionnaire was designed with a Likert scale of 1 to 5, namely 1 = strongly disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = neutral, 4 = agree, 5 = strongly agree. The data were analyzed by multivariate linear regression using the AMOS program package. The results of the study show that e-service quality, e-trust, and perceived usefulness directly have a significant positive effect on esatisfaction and have no significant effect on e-loyalty.The implication of the results of the study on the main respondents aged 20-30 years and social media objects that are dynamic is that loyalty cannot be formed directly through the variables of e-service quality, etrust, perceptions of the usefulness of the WhatsApp application, but is formed from consumers who are satisfied with the WhatsApp application. Social media users are the main target for every business entity to realize in order to maintain business sustainability. Satisfied consumers will encourage the creation of loyalty to the products/services used.
