Starts with the development of e-learning with simple technology to social network based on technology such as Edmudo. Because mobile phone users are very large more than two times the internet users, then some experts try to develop a model of learning with mobile phones.The problem is how to give a strong motivation for students to want to use mobile technology in teaching and learning process. This proposed research will create a mobile learning application combined with the control of teaching materials with the aim to increase student enthusiasm to obtain advanced materials after completing the existing material.Outcome to be achieved from this research is the contribution of research in the form of carelearning application with teaching material control method. This study focuses more on the side of instructional media or applications than with the content. Further research involving what form of content appeals to students still needs to be done as a future work of this research.

The problem of violence against women and children, viewed from an individual as well as a social perspective, can have multiple effects. The effects such as psychological and individual health and the quality of public health. Women and children in everyday life often receive unpleasant treatment from close people and strangers. The many problems of women and children have triggered the formation of a Task Force for Handling Women and Children problems, both at the central and regional levels. PPA Task Force activities include: outreach, identification of conditions and services needed, protection of women and children at the scene, placement and displacement of women and children who experience problems and referrals and / or recommendations.This study aims to produce a system for managing the activities of the task force handling women and children in the village of Katekan Ggantiwarno Klaten. The system development method used is the Waterfall method and is built using PHP programming and MySQL database. The result of this research is a system capable of managing the activities of the task force handling women and children which can provide information with all variations to the task force, village administrators and social services.

Development planning in the village begins with the Development Planning Conference. The government considers the need for solutions in solving development problems up to the village and village level so that on November 7, 2018 a Mayor Regulation number 72 of 2018 concerning the formation of village administrators is issued so that development is no longer based on RT-RW but based on village. The many functions of village administrators need an appropriate system for processing data. Manually processing data has weaknesses, especially in planning and controlling budget. The purpose of this study is to produce an integrated system for planning and controlling village-based area development. The research method used consists of library research, data collection and system development of the Waterfall method (system analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing). The results of this study are a system that is capable of processing data from budget proposals to reporting and can provide varied information for village administrators, LPMK and Kelurahan.

INTISARIProses pengolahan data pendaftaran siswa baru di SMK Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa masih menggunakan teknologi informasi yang belum maksimal karena proses pengolahan data masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu data dicatat pada kertas dan kemudian diketik ke Microsoft Office sehingga panitia pendaftaran siswa baru dalam penyajian informasi dalam hal proses pendaftaran dan penyeleksian siswa baru membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi serta mengoptimalkan kegunaan teknologi khususnya untuk proses  pendaftaran siswa baru pada bagian Panitia PSB dan Panitia Pemasaran dalam mengolah data calon siswa baru.Penelitian dilakukan dengan merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu menghasilkan informasi yang mampu melakukan proses pengolahan data pendaftaran siswa baru antara panitia PSB dan panitia pemasaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Tahapan metode waterfall yaitu analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian program, penerapan program dan pemeliharaan. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu dengan PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk pendaftaran siswa baru online dan pemasaran sekolah yang mampu melakukan pengolahan data secara cepat dan mudah pada SMK Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta.Kata kunci-- Sistem Informasi, Integrasi, Pendaftaran Siswa Baru Online, pemasaran, PHP . ABSTRACTAbstract— The process of processing new student registration data at Vocational High School Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa still use information technology which not yet maximal because data processing process still done manually that data is write on paper and then typed into Microsoft Office so that new student registration committee in presenting information in regards process of registration and Selection of new students takes a long time. Kampung Kepuh is located in a geographic position -7781984, 110184. Kelurahan Klitren has a population of 9669 inhabitants, with a male gender distribution of 4719 people and 4950 women. The area of Kepuh village, which is located in Klitren village, is adjacent to Jalan Solo, which is the second center of shops in Jogjakarta. This condition causes Kepuh village to have the potential for disasters such as fires, prone to traffic accidents and prone to acts of violence such as thieves, pickpockets and robbery. Therefore, it requires easy access to seek assistance for the people of Kepuh village. One access to seeking assistance is the Jogja Smart Service application which can be installed on a cellphone or smartphone. The problem is that the use of cellphones has not been optimal in terms of accessing services for requests for assistance to the city government through the Jogja Smart Service (JSS) application.
