Implant adalah salah satu jenis kontrasepsi yang berupa susuk yang terbuat dari sejenis karet silastik yang berisi hormon, dipasang pada lengan atas. KB implan dapat menimbulkan gangguan menstruasi yaitu tidak dapat menstruasi dan terjadi perdarahan yang tidak teratur, berat badan bertambah, menimbulkan jerawat, ketegangan payudara, Liang senggama terasa kering. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan KB implant terhadap berat badan dan siklus haid pada akseptor KB di UPT Puskesmas Ajangale.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Survey Analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional Study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua akseptor KB Implant di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Ajangale bulan Januari s/d Agustus 2019. Jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 29 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara penggunaan implan dengan berat badan akseptor dengan hasil uji chi square diperoleh nilai p = 0,015. Ada hubungan antara penggunaan implan dengan siklus menstruasi akseptor. Dengan hasil uji chi square diperoleh p-value = 0,001. Ada hubungan antara penggunaan implan dengan Berat dan Siklus haid akseptor.
Sexual violence in early childhood has become increasingly common in recent years, making it sad for parents, educators and education practitioners, because this will definitely have negative impact on the child's future. The purpose of this study was to develop increasing Board Game-based Sex Kids Education (SKIDU) media for knowledge of sex education in early childhood. The subjects in this study were children aged 4-6 years at TK-IT Al Azka, Jambi City. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). This development research procedure refers to the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Validation of the feasibility of the SKIDU Board Game was carried out by material experts and media experts, and implemented to 16 B1 class students at TK IT Al-Azka Jambi. The results showed that the feasibility test of the SKIDU Board Game for Early Childhood obtained the results of validation by material experts at 98.00% with the very feasible category and the results of the validation by media experts obtained a value of 89.00% with the very feasible category. Then the parents' responses to the SKIDU Board Game product for Early Childhood obtained a value of 98.00% in the very feasible category, the educator's response obtained a value of 100% with a very positive category. Then based on one-to-one trials a value of 89.75% was obtained in the very high category, small group trials obtained a value of 85.50% in the very high category, and field trials obtained a value of 91.25% with a very high category. So that the Board Game-based Sex Kids Education (SKIDU) media is suitable for use by students as a instructional media.
The goal of this study is to gain an overview of the implementation of graphic design learning to print multimedia expertise competencies in SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City from context, input, process, and product perspectives. This is an evaluative study that employs qualitative methods. This method was chosen by the researchers based on their understanding of the evaluation of learning implementation using the CIPP model in graphic design subjects printing multimedia expertise competencies. This study used 8 people as data sources: 5 students and 3 teachers. Data collection techniques such as observation and interviews are used, and data is analyzed using descriptive methods. The findings of the study, which are based on context, input, process, and product aspects, improve students' ability to design printing graphics and are useful in the development of 21st century learning skills and the achievement of multimedia expertise competencies.
Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik pada tahun 2015 terdapat 25.805 orang dengan hasil IVA positif, pada tahun 2016 terdapat 45.925 orang dengan hasil IVA positif. Insiden yang terjadi pada tahun 2015 relatif tinggi dari tahun 2016. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan di RSUD Tenriawaru Kelas B Kabupaten Bone, terdapat 13 perempuan dengan kanker serviks pada tahun 2015 dan 21 perempuan yang didiagnosa kanker serviks pada tahun 2016, Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putri dengan kanker serviks Di SMAN 2 Bone jenis Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif untuk memperoleh, mendeskripsikan gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap remaja dengan kanker serviks di SMAN 2 Bone. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini yaitu remaja mampu menyikapi fenomena kanker serviks dengan tepat, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan 38 responden (54%) berusaha menjauhi penyebab kanker serviks. Dari 70 responden, pengetahuan remaja putri tentang kanker serviks sebelum pemberian materi berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 10 responden (14%), sedangkan dari 70 responden pengetahuan tentang kanker serviks setelah pemberian materi berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 32 responden (45%). Dari 70 responden, sikap remaja putri tentang kanker serviks sebelum pemberian materi yang bersikap setuju sebanyak 26 responden (37%), sedangkan dari 70 responden mengenai sikap remaja tentang kanker serviks setelah pemberian materi yang menyataka setuju sebanyak 38 responden (54%). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan sikap remaja tentang kanker serviks sangatlah penting bagi remaja putri.
This study aims to determine the importance of inclusive education for early childhood education teachers. The teacher as the main working partner in the process of providing stimulation for child development, in preparing a good and appropriate curriculum in inclusive education is to eliminate differences, discrimination and bullying against children with special needs with this inclusive education will provide good for children, family backgrounds also affect towards giving attention and support for children with special needs. Children with unique development are different from one another need inclusive education for early childhood development, inclusive education that is education that carries out learning for all children both normal children and also children with special needs. The aim is for children with special needs to get the same rights in education, in the implementation of inclusive education there are many obstacles including lack of teaching staff, lack of therapist staff, and infrastructure. The development of teacher creativity in educating children is very necessary.
