The problem of the stabilization of an uncertain time-delay system with a saturating actuator is discussed. These uncertainties may be linear, non-linear, and/or timevarying, but only the upper bounds are known. A linear dynamical feedback compensator is used to stabilize this uncertain saturating and time-delay system. The concept of matrix measure and the comparison theory are employed to investigate the robust stability condition which assures asymptotic stability. One example is given to illustrate the application of the proposed design method.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
