Tujuan pembahasan ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis peran dan tugas utama kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SD. Metode kepustakaan (library research) digunakan sebagai metodologi penelitian dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam pembahasan ini yaitu dengan mengkaji atau mengeksplorasi beberapa buku, jurnal, serta dokumen lain yang dianggap relevan. Penelitian ini membahas yang penting dalam pendidikan yaitu bagaimana bentuk kepemimpinanan, dan tugas utama kepala sekolah di SD. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan penentu keberhasilan terwujudnya tujuan pendidikan di sekolah yang telah diuraikan dalam visi dan misi sekolah. Tugas utama kepala sekolah adalah sebagai manajerial, supervisor, dan sebagai pemimpin kewirausahaan. Kepala sekolah merupakan keynote speaker atau orang kunci dalam memimpin, dan mengelola sekolah agar tercapainya tujuan pendidikan di sekolah . Kepala sekolah sebagai guru yang diberi tugas dalam mengelola dan memimpin sekolah harus tahu dan paham serta dapat mengaplikasikan apa yang menjadi tugas utama seorang kepala sekolah dalam bentuk tindakan nyata dalam memimpin dan memajukan sekolah dan pendidikan di Indonesia ini seperti yang telah tertuang pada permendikbud No. 6 Tahun 2018. Agar menghasilkan output yakni peserta didik yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Allah Yang Maha Kuasa, berakhlak mulia, dan cerdas serta tangguh dan mampu menyelesaikan semua problematika dalam kehidupannya
The problem in the thematic learning of class V Elementary School is caused by conventional teaching methods and does not use engaging learning media so that students feel bored to take part in learning activities. This research is a follow-up to the results of the validity test and practicality test of interactive multimedia developed using the Android Operating System. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of android-based interactive multimedia. The method used to collect data is observation, interviews, and tests. The instrument used to collect data is a test question. Data were analyzed using a t-test. In previous studies, the validity of android-based interactive multimedia was tested through expert validity tests and practicality tests through individual trials. The effectiveness of using Android-based interactive multimedia was tested by giving a pretest-posttest in the form of an objective test consisting of 20 questions with 12 students. The effectiveness test results of student learning outcomes from the pretest and post-test data showed an increase from the average before using android-based interactive learning media. Based on these data, it can be said that interactive multimedia based on android thematic learning to improve student learning outcomes in students is valid, practical and effective for use in the learning process. Thus, it can be said that the Android-based interactive multimedia developed effectively improves the learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary school students.
The development of science, technology and information in the digital era affects all aspects of human life. Technological innovations were developed to help and simplify work. By studying learning innovations, students can design, manage, and carry out learning that is more interesting and innovative. The purpose of this study is to describe the benefits of Google Classroom in developing the creativity of prospective educators in designing digital-based learning. The research method used is a qualitative case study type. Data obtained through interviews and observation. This research was conducted at the sociology department of the sociology education study program, especially for the learning innovation course in the January-June 2022 semester. The technique for selecting research informants used purposive sampling. The informants consisted of 22 lecturers and students. Data analysis was performed by Miles Huberman's interactive analysis consisting of: data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification/conclusion. The results of the research findings are that the learning approach used in learning is student-centered approach. The learning platform used to practice managing online learning is Google Classroom. Online classes are designed according to interests and teaching needs. Learning tools are structured and systematic. The experience gained by students is not only as a student but also the experience of being a teacher who manages his own class. Online classes can help students take advantage of free time to study independently. The design of learning materials becomes more attractive and of high quality. The assessment instrument is made more practical and efficient. Learning can be repeated and carried out without space and time limits.
