A series of 15 new hybrid perillyl‐4H‐pyrans compounds was straightforwardly synthesized by a strategy combining the multicomponent reaction and the copper‐catalyzed alkyne‐azide cycloaddition (CuAAC). The 2‐amino‐4H‐pyrans‐3‐carbonitrile containing the alkyne moiety was prepared via multicomponent reaction between 1,3‐dicarbonyl, a propargyloxy aromatic aldehyde and malononitrile or ethyl α‐cyanoacetate. The alkyne derivative was sequentially reacted with the perillyl azide component through the copper‐catalyzed [3+2] Huisgen cycloaddition reaction. The antiproliferative activity of hybrid compounds were evaluated against the human hepatoma HepG2/C3A cell line.
Neste trabalho de natureza qualitativa, foi realizado um estudo com o objetivode avaliar as potencialidades do uso do Whatsapp como ferramenta pedagógica noensino de Química. Para tanto, foi criado um grupo no Whatsapp com alunos de uma turma do 2º ano do Ensino Médio, de uma escola da rede pública estadual de Porto Alegre, como um espaço de educação não formal para fomentar o processo de ensinoaprendizagem. Conforme os registros no diário de campo e dos dados coletados com questionários, foi possível identificar que as atividades desenvolvidas com o uso do aplicativo possibilitaram a troca de vídeos, informações e discussões acerca da matéria estudada em sala de aula. Neste sentido, fortaleceram as interações entre alunos e professora na construção dos conhecimentos trabalhados.
Dyes derived from benzothiazoles are an important class of heterocycles that have remarkable photophysical properties. New photoluminescent 2-phenylbenzothiazole derivatives containing different functional groups were synthesized in high yields and used for the synthesis of silylated derivatives. New photoactive structures were fully characterized and their photophysical properties were investigated. The absorption and fluorescence spectra of benzothiazoles in a series of organic solvents were evaluated. The results showed that benzothiazoles are strongly fluorescent showing absorption in the UV region and emission in the blue region with moderate quantum yields and high Stokes shift. The solvatochromism of benzothiazoles was investigated by Lippert and ET(30) Dimroth-Reichardt empirical solvent polarity scales for organic solvents. The dipole moments obtained by Bakshiev and Kawaski-Chamma-Viallet equations revealed that the excited states are more polar than the ground states.
