This study examines the antecedents of the factors that influence customers to adopt the electronic payment system while making payments. Payment is the one of the element to complete the transaction while making payment. Due to the development of E-commerce, e-payment systems have been introducing. So, the use of electronic payment systems is being increasing day by day for people to complete their task quickly ineffective way. The result of the study shows that there is a relationship between dependent variables (effort expectancy and social influence) and independent variable (Adopton of e-payment). However, other variables (culture, perceived security and performance expectancy) were not significant with adoption of e-payment. Therefore, the study approves effort expectancy and social influence has a significant relationship with adoption of e-payment. Therefore, companies today that do business using electronic payment system as the medium to complete the transaction must focus more on this two variable to increase the number of people use this payment system. The increasing the number of people use this payment system will contribute to excellent result for e-commerce because e-payment system is one of the factor e-commerce becomes successful and it will give good impact to our nation’s economy.
Quality in higher education is one of the key enablers for developing nations to achieve their sustainable development goals by 2023. Recently, the Covid-19 pandemic forces university students to shift from traditional face-to-face to remote learning. Regardless of how classes are conducted, it is critical that the learning process is delivered according to the curriculum. The original goal of online learning is to allow students to learn whenever and wherever they want, at their own pace. Nevertheless, there appears to be a disparity in the rate of expansion of online learning between the West and developing countries particularly in the technology adoption, yet no matter what it takes, youth students in the world need to adapt to the new learning norm due to pandemic Covid 19. However, there are some drawbacks in online learning. Online learning limits the interaction between educators and other students in class industry observers have forecasted that the adoption of online learning in developing countries will grow faster in the next ten years. Noting that, past researchers putting effort to cover on empirical study. Yet, efforts to systematically review these promising area are still lacking. Thus, this article aims to fill the gap in understanding and identifying factors affecting youth online learning in ASEAN countries. Guided by the PRISMA Statement (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses) review method, a systematic review of the Scopus and Web of Science databases identified 11 related studies. The systematic review process involved four (4) main processes, namely identification, screening, eligibility and data analysis. From 576 articles have been reviewed; only 11 articles were finally selected for further analyses. Further review of these articles resulted in three main themes -preferences of online learning tools, youth opinion on online learning and youth motivation on online learning in the ASEAN perspective. With in-depth deliberation, this paper provides several recommendations which are highlighted at the end of this article. The increasing rate of the number of children with Autism showed the importance to focus on ways to reduce the symptoms faced by the children with Autism. Noting the scarcity of research focusing on this area, this paper aims to review the use of humanoid robotics as an assistive rehabilitation treatment for children with Autism according to objectives of shariah in Islam. Content analyses through literature search from the online database were used as a basis for this review paper write-up from main sub-fields of humanoid robotics, assistive rehabilitation treatment for children with Autism and objectives of shariah in Islam. The researchers also follow the four-step process model derived from Mayring (2008), forming the process model of (qualitative) content analysis. Based on the paper, it was found that the framework of objectives of shariah in Islam which includes the Islamic Principles in treatment and rehabilitation are tailored according to Shariah Law to moderate and tolerate the balances between the new technology and the help from the therapists through the potential behavioural and cognitive changes associated with a single exposure to the humanoid. This paper believes that upon incorporating the protection of the five necessary intents of objectives of shariah in Islam, the humanoid will be able to help those children with autism to gain a better life.
The recent development in the ecommerce services has shown a variety of established companies participating in the web business environment including Islamic banks. Business with the mostexperience and success in using ecommerce are beginning to realize that the indicator of success or failure of the ecommerce environment was included in the online services. Nowadays, the trend ofa business is to serve the customer with best quality of services to enhance the consumer satisfaction and compete with the global competitors as online services enabled registered user to make productspurchase transaction only through website such as check and manage financial standing, transfer funds, bill payment, prepaid reload and so forth. However, in recent times, Islamic banking users faced problems with the online system such as cannot log in to the system, payment failure and mostly security and privacy hindrance. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between electronic service quality (e-SERVQUAL) and customer satisfaction towards IslamicOnline Banking Services users. Based on the sample size, only 76 respondents were selected to participate in this study by using a convenience sampling. Further, Pearson correlation and multipleregression were reported to analyze the mentioned relationship. The findings have shown that there is a positive relationship between e-SERVQUAL and customer satisfaction in using Islamic onlinebanking services. Based on the findings, Islamic online banking developer is recommended to improve more on their responsiveness in order to provide quick response to their customer’s requirements. Moreover, they also should be more reliable in providing accurate information in performing the promised services. They must assure that all of their customers can quickly get responds and true feedback regarding their problems to ensure customer satisfy with service provided. Besides, the safety of the website and the protection of customer information alsoconsidered a vital action that should be concerned in order to increase the customers’ satisfaction.
