The article deals with the issue during the years of independence in the Republic of Uzbekistan, an integral legal system was created to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens in the practice of notaries. In which the activities of notaries occupy an important place in the strategy of action in five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021, the tasks of the conceptual and organizational foundations of notary bodies in Uzbekistan are defined.
