This paper presents the current state of AR technology applications in the field of construction through some examples already applied in simulation of the organization of utilities networks, simulation of site organization in various stages, simulation of the new urban plan, modeling of building details, interior organization and navigation site and proposes to design of an IT application that integrates these benefits into a unitary application, easy to use by all parties involved in project: project owner, architects, builders, local community and public authorities. The application will be specific to the Android platform and will provide a virtual view of the stages in the construction. It will also run on mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, or other devices that have a camera, internet connection, and location sensors.
With technological development, social networks have increased exponentially, giving people more and more opportunities. The purpose of the article is to highlight the benefits and opportunities that social networks offer to individual users or businesses. Therefore, it used a qualitative research methodology based on existing resources. The first part presents a statistical analysis of the characteristics of the public that uses the social networks, as well as the devices used by them. Next, the paper presents the benefits of social networks and an analysis of technologies that can be integrated into new social networking features. Among these new technologies, standouts electronic payment engines or emerging technologies (artificial intelligence, facial recognition, motion sensors).
Social networks provide solutions to more and more everyday needs of people. Appearing as a solution to people's need to communicate through technology, they have developed and integrated more and more features. In this paper a qualitative research based on the study of the existing articles is carried out. Thus, a series of statistical data on the impact and penetration of the Internet and social networks within society will be presented, and some of the benefits that social networks offer to people or businesses and a series of various functionalities and emerging technologies that presents a particular interest for future development, having the capacity to innovate in this field; electronic payments and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things devices or biometric technology to increase security.
Technological development offers more and more opportunities for people to make electronic payments. From payments via credit / debit cards, then payments via mobile or IoT devices to payments via blockchain technology, they are constantly evolving and becoming simpler, faster, more convenient and more secure. This paper aims to address a number of issues such as the benefits and challenges of payments through blockchain technology. Also, based on the analysis of a developed prototype, the paper will present the sequence of blockchain money transfer operations, the possible states of a transaction, as well as the information that will be processed and stored so that the transfer is successfully completed. The research methodology is qualitative; In this sense, we conducted a research of the resources available at this time and addressing the subject of electronic payments based on blockchain technology and, in parallel, the paper will follow the analysis of the prototype developed so that the results are as objective and consistent with practical use.
Increasing the rate of use of mobile devices and the Internet, as well as the development of new technologies, is rapidly impacting the financial market and electronic payments, in particular. Thus, Romania has become one of the countries in which the users have a lot of variants for managing individual funds, purchasing goods and services through digital channels. Also, we can say that Romania represents at regional level one of the countries with growth potential both due to the size of the market, as well as the innovation potential of entrepreneurs and big companies / financial institutions. The purpose of the present research is to carry out an analysis on electronic payments in Romania, of the way in which fintech applications develop and of the environment in which they operate. To this end, a qualitative research will be carried out by studying the available scientific resources that address the topic of fintech applications, specialized articles that address the topic of electronic payments, as well as the features that fintech applications offer to users. The first part will present an introduction and a statistical analysis of the data regarding fintech applications and market dimensions. Next, the article proposes for research the fintech ecosystem in Romania from the point of view of the Romanian fintech services and a SWOT analysis of the Romanian market will be performed.
