Philosophy of Science plays an important role in laying the foundations of the scientific foundation. Science is a representation of the real meaning of reality, form, model, quantity, substance and essence of the soul is rational and calm. The Islamic Law sources is Al-Qur’an and Hadith laden with values and concepts to provide a guide of human life, as well as the instructions of science. This paper limits the questions about what factors are the basis of knowledge? How the Philosophy of Science in the perspective of Islamic Law ? Knowledge bases consisting of: reasoning, logic, knowledge resources, and the criterion of truth. Science in the perspective of the Qur'an can be divided into three types: First, knowledge acquisition, knowledge is the most special Allah (God) given to man. Second, science is built on the basis of sensory experience (empirical sensual). Third, the knowledge gained through revelation by the prophets and apostles. Science in the Islamic perspective on the intellectual (the conscience, the subjective sense), a direct ratio (objective sense) to the establishment of science based on consciousness and belief in Allah (God), because God is the absolute truth. Islam requires the truth as God is the true substance (al – Haq). Similarly, knowledge of Islam must be true because it meets the guidance of almighty Allah (God) really is. In order for science to be true then it must be derived from the knowledge of revelation (Al-Quran and Al-Hadith ). Therefore , to get closer to the truth, true knowledge is required.Keywords: Science, Philosophy of Science, Islamic Law Perspective. AbstrakFilsafat Ilmu memegang peranan penting sebagai peletak dasar-dasar pondasi keilmuan. Ilmu adalah representasi makna sesungguhnya dari realitas, bentuk, mode, kuantitas, substansi dan esensi sesuatu oleh jiwa yang rasional lagi tenang. Sumber Hukum Islam antara lain Al-Qur’an dan Hadits sarat dengan nilai-nilai dan konsep untuk memberikan tuntunan hidup manusia, begitu juga mengenai petunjuk ilmu pengetahuan. Tulisan ini membatasi pertanyaan faktor-faktor apa sajakah yang mendasari lahirnya pengetahuan? Apa saja objek kajian filsafat ilmu? Serta bagaimana Filsafat Ilmu dalam perspektif pemikiran Hukum Islam? Dasar-dasar pengetahuan terdiri dari: penalaran, logika, sumber pengetahuan, dan kriteria kebenaran. Ilmu dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an dibedakan menjadi tiga jenis: Pertama, ilmu perolehan, yaitu ilmu yang paling istimewa yang diberikan Allah (Tuhan) kepada manusia. Kedua, ilmu yang dibangun atas dasar pengalaman inderawi (empiris sensual). Ketiga, ilmu yang didapat melalui wahyu oleh para nabi dan rasul. Ilmu dalam perspektif Islam berdasarkan intelek (hati nurani, akal subjektif), yang mengarahkan rasio (akal objektif) kepada pembentukan ilmu yang berdasarkan pada kesadaran dan keimanan kepada Allah, karena kebenaran Allah adalah mutlak. Islam menghendaki kebenaran sebagaimana Allah adalah zat yang benar (al-Haq). Demikian pula ilmu dalam Islam harus benar karena memenuhi tuntunan Allah yang maha benar tersebut. Agar ilmu menjadi benar maka ilmu itu harus diderivasi dari wahyu (Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadits). Oleh karena itu, untuk mendekatkan diri mengenal Allah diperlukan ilmu yang benar yang diperoleh antara lain melalui Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Pedoman pokok Hukum Islam berupa Al-Qur’an dan Hadits harus mampu menyatu dengan pedoman prinsip keadilan secara umum menurut pandangan manusia. Keadilan dalam Islam merupakan perpaduan harmonis antara hukum dengan moralitas, Islam tidak bertujuan untuk menghancurkan kebebasan individu, tetapi mengontrol kebebasan itu demi keselarasan dan harmonisasi masyarakat yang terdiri dari individu itu sendiri. Hukum Islam memiliki peran dalam mendamaikan kepentingan pribadi dengan kepentingan kolektif. Kata Kunci: Ilmu, Filsafat Ilmu, Perspektif  Hukum Islam.
PPAT is a public official who is given the authority to make deeds as evidence that certain legal actions regarding land rights have been carried out in court. One type of deed made before the PPAT is the deed of sale and purchase (AJB). AJB made before PPAT is a formulation of the will of the parties contained in it. The notary is required to be responsible for the deed he has made, sometimes the deed made before the notary contains false information, fraud and even untruth and is often subject to Articles 263, 264, and 266 in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code. However, if it is found that there are violations committed by PPAT criminally, criminal sanctions can be imposed according to the Criminal Code. This research was conducted through a normative juridical approach, namely an approach to problems formulated by studying the provisions of laws and regulations relating to problems and comparing them with the application of laws and regulations. Data analysis was carried out by collecting primary and secondary data. Data analysis was evaluated qualitatively using interpretation and legal logic so as to obtain or strengthen an existing picture to answer problems based on laws and regulations using a deductive method. The results of this study indicate that the legal implications of falsifying authentic data on sale and purchase deeds made by PPAT are that the deed only has legal force as an underhand deed and the authentic deed can be canceled if the party claiming can prove it in court in court. The responsibility of PPAT who commits falsification of authentic data in making a deed of sale and purchase, can be held accountable before the law because his actions cause harm to others. In this case the forgery of the deed committed by the PPAT/Notary San Smith in a criminal manner, criminal sanctions can be imposed in accordance with the Criminal Code (KUHP), namely Article 266 Paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code with threats participated in entering false information and there were losses resulting from a forged deed, so that PPAT San Smith was sentenced to 1 year in prison in the Medan District Court Decision No. 3036/Pid.B/2009/PN.Mdn. Efforts are being made to overcome the problem of falsifying authentic data on the sale and purchase deeds made by PPAT, namely providing legal protection with the following steps: (a) formulating specific rules regarding the limitations of notary criminal liability in UUJN.
Zakat is an obligation for Muslims who associated with property owned by someone. It has tremendous potential for alleviating poverty. According to data Bappeda of Semarang, the number for poor people in the year 2008 reached 498,700 people or 31 % of the total population of the city of Semarang. This thesis raised two formulations of the problem. They are how the application of Islamic values in Local Zakat Management and what the problems and the solutions in the application of Islamic values against the Law Zakat Management in the era of regional autonomy in the city of Semarang.Application of Islamic values in the management of zakat as the values into the divinity (Tawheed), humanity, brotherhood, responsibility, and justice. Islamic values are already visible in our country basis of Pancasila. Islamic values are also contained in the Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 7 of 2009 on Management of Zakat. But the application of Islamic values is still weak. Normative problem faced is the lack of the punishments for the Muzakki who is ungrateful to pay zakat. The absence of sanctions to make products of this law (Law No. 38 of 1999 and Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2009) can not be said to be a law. Minat siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dalam melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi cukup beragam. Sebagian memilih untuk tidak melanjutkan studi dengan bekerja atau bahkan menganggur. Banyak faktor yang menjadi penyebab siswa memutuskan untuk tidak melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi di antaranya yaitu adanya faktor ekstrinsik dan intrinsik. Salah satunya karena faktor ekonomi yang menonjol di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan motivasi untuk menuntut ilmu, sebagaimana firman Allah SWT dalam Al-Qur�an surat Al Mujadilah: 11. Karenanya KKN XI UNISSULA Kelompok KKN 187 melaksanakan salah satu program pilihan yaitu webinar sebagai bentuk kegiatan aktif dan kreatif meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui pendidikan terutama dalam hal ini dengan sasaran siswa siswi SMA/sederajat sebagai luaran implementasi pengabdian masyarakat. Webinar bertemakan, �Serba-serbi Dunia Perkuliahan dan Motivasi Belajar di Masa Pandemi.� dengan media room online yaitu google meeting. Peserta yang terdiri dari puluhan pelajar�SMA�di Kabupaten Rembang dan sekitarnya. Bahkan siswa SMA dari Cikarang, Tangerang, Salatiga dan Demak turut aktif dalam kegiatan ini. Webinar dilaksanakan sebagai wujud edukasi dan meningkatkan motivasi, minat, serta pandangan diri siswa terhadap dunia perkuliahan. Webinar ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana berjalannya kegiatan pendidikan dan berbagai pilihan keputusan yang dapat diambil oleh mahasiswa ketika menjalankan studi kepada siswa SMA/sederajat. Hasil penilaian feedback (umpan balik) menunjukkan bahwa animo peserta terhadap webinar didapatkan bahwa 93,8% partisipan mengungkapkan bahwa mereka termotivasi dan meningkatkan minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi dengan adanya acara webinar ini. Faktor motivasi yang diungkap oleh para pembicara adalah dorongan ukhrowi keyakinan bahwa Allah SWT akan mengangkat derajat mereka yang beriman dan berilmu. Oleh karena itu mereka tertarik untuk menentukan lembaga pendidikan yang lebih mendekatkan kecintaan dan ketakwaan mereka kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa. Motivasi selanjutnya adalah banyaknya tawaran beasiswa baik dari pemerintah maupun swasta bahkan lembaga amil zakat baik karena memiliki prestasi akademik maupun karena dilatarbelakangi keterbatasan ekonomi.�The interest of high school students (SMA) in continuing their education to higher education is quite diverse. Some choose not to continue their studies by working or even unemployed. Many factors cause students to decide not to continue their education to higher education, including extrinsic and intrinsic factors. One of them is due to economic factors that stand out during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this activity is to increase motivation to study, as the word of Allah SWT in the Qur'an Surah Al Mujadilah: 11. Therefore, KKN XI UNISSULA Group KKN 187 carries out one of the selected programs, namely webinars as a form of active and creative activity to improve the quality of life. community through education, especially in this case with the target of high school students/equivalent as the output of community service implementation. The theme of the webinar is, �The World of Lectures and Motivation for Learning in a Pandemic Period.� with an online media room, namely Google Meeting. The participants consisted of dozens of high school students in Rembang Regency and its surroundings. Even high school students from Cikarang, Tangerang, Salatiga and Demak were actively involved in this activity. Webinars are held as a form of education and to increase students' motivation, interest, and self-view towards the world of lectures. This webinar aims to provide an overview of how educational activities work and the various decision choices that can be made by students when carrying out studies for high school students/equivalent. The results of the feedback assessment showed that the participants' interest in the webinar was found that 93.8% of the participants revealed that they were motivated and increased their interest in continuing their education to higher education with this webinar event. The motivational factor revealed by the speakers was the encouragement of ukhrawi belief that Allah SWT will elevate the degree of those who have faith and knowledge. Therefore, they are interested in choosing an educational institution that brings their love and piety closer to God Almighty. The next motivation is the number of scholarship offers from both the government and the private sector and even amil zakat institutions, both because they have academic achievements and because of economic limitations.
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the implementation of the implementation of the double track system model against narcotics abusers. To find out and analyze the obstacles and solutions to implementing the double track system model for narcotics abusers. This study uses a sociological juridical approach, with descriptive analytical research specifications. The data used in this study was secondary data obtained through literature study which was then analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study were the application of the double track system model of law against perpetrators of narcotics abuse in the form of applying the law to serve a sentence in prison, while the sanctions for actions given to narcotics addicts as victims are in the form of treatment and/or treatment organized in the form of rehabilitation facilities. The implementation system is that the period of treatment and/or treatment is counted as a period of serving a sentence. Barriers to the Implementation of the Double Track System Model on Narcotics Abuse Perpetrators are the existence of different rules that can be applied to the same act, namely narcotics abuse; inadequate infrastructure; rehabilitation institutions for narcotics abuse and narcotics victims are still very limited.
