Purpose of the study: The main aim of this study is to stipulate the practical elucidation for the act in spotting sustaining ways of discrimination as well as inequality against the female children, obliterating ways, and practices that are harmful in fulfilling the rights of the females and prescribing an efficient policy for the protection and promotion of these rights. Methodology: Analytical and critical evaluation techniques have been used in executing this research study. Ongoing gender-based discrimination in societies of Muslim worlds has been analysed through various sources including published journal articles, news articles, and books, etc. These analytical studies are then critically evaluated in the light of the Holy Quran and Sunnah as primary study resources. Main Findings: Education helps in breaking the model of gender discrimination and creates permanent changes for the females in the developing states inclusive of Pakistan, among others. Pakistan has hardly invested in educational sectors, and specifically in the education of women. The education of girls leads to extensive social changes. Educated females are very significant to terminate this rapidly growing notion of gender discrimination. Application of study: This study is applicable in the domain of gender studies in the perspective of global Islamic societies, in comprehension of the drawbacks of this norm faced by the societies, and the consequences of gender discrimination. The novelty of this study: To the best of my knowledge this study explores the concept of gender inequality in the light of the Quran and Sunnah and gender discrimination in the society of Pakistan. Furthermore, it addresses the bill passed by the national assembly of Pakistan in context to the protection of Women’s property rights in 2020 and its religious significances and advantages of observing this bill.

Allah initiates the establishment of attainment and achievement, so beginning of one and the same code decreed for mankind is Allah in his rulings, or else its always failure. Responsibility for the mission was inherited by scholars who comprehensively handled it in every time and place.  Syed Ahmed Shaheed was a renowned member of the same party. His  great achievement is that the religion of Muhammad and his followers renewed Sunni embraces it while the first stages, has led to emigration and jihad, that's your secret of success in the eyes of Muslims lies in the same. To achieve this goal, He selected great northwest, NWFP as center of militant activity. Thanks to Allah Almighty whose support and help led to successive victories and made practical implementation of the system possible. Revivalist movement that was near to illuminates the whole country, but people personal interests, greed and love for wealth and splendor began to pursue than the movement turned towards the Valley of Hazara and the final battle was fought here in Balakot too and he received martyrdom. Death of the martyr is the life of nation. Manifestation of the countless Islamic revivalist movement in the sub region which exist today did not deny anyone.

Islam is a complete code of life for people from all walks. One of the important segments of our society is the working class. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) is an Ideal Guardian for laborer.  We can find beautiful demonstrations of hard work in The Life of Holy Prophet (PBUH). He used to graze goats in childhood. He joined the trade activities in local trade and afterwards moved for free International trade. Sunnah of The Holy Prophet (PBUH) explains us the principles & ethics of business. He also showed hard work in agriculture and horticulture. He was interested in raising camels and horses. He was to be ahead of important construction works. As a Commander-in-Chief He was impossible to be demoralized by the hardships of battle fields. He always asked for Allah’s refuge from laziness and sloth.

Allah is the creator of all universe and human beings as being crown of creation are bound with the ties of love, and unity. No one can survive alone. So man wants to live in groups and these groups form a society. Islam gives much importance to women, honored her. Women contributed a lot in the welfare of a society. It is a woman who born and brings up great personalities to work the great for the progress of a society. Status and historical role of women in society is undeniable. This article deals with meritorious contribution of women in the welfare of society. The women with true Islamic spirit and awareness of all the preaching and teachings of Holy Quran and Sunnah can serve   the society in the best manner. At the advent of Prophet ﷺ the women were treated as a slave, deprived of her rights. Islam gave the woman their due right, Respect and Honor and woman contributed a lot in all the field of life especially in Education. An educated woman is the blessing for a society. So woman should perform at their level best for the welfare of the society being a mother, a sister, a wife being within the limits of Islam. Women were seen as wives to cook and take care of kids but now it is realized women should have some different type of role like holding position in governments, doing job at top level, and doing business, so it proves their presence outside the kitchen and laundry. So this article discusses role and responsibities of women in the light of Islamic teaching.
