It is emphasized that the high frequency of adverse reactions is mainly connected with their uncontrolled intake. On the example of nimesulide (Nize) there analyzed the most important pharmacokinetic, biochemical, technological and other indicators that determine the uniqueness of the drug, determine its e ectiveness and safety, and explain the high commitment of patients and doctors. In particular, nimesulide has a long history of use, is the rst synthesized selective inhibitor of cyclooxygenase 2 and the only representative of sulfonanilide, in whose molecule the carboxyl group is replaced by sulfonanilide. is provides a protective e ect on the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract. Due to the combination of various disintegrants, such as starch and sodium starch glycolate (super disintegrant), nimesulide is well absorbed. As a result, the rapid onset of analgesic e ect is 15 minutes a er administration.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
