The relevance of this article is due to technological changes that are constantly introducing new characteristics, both in the global economic system and in the economy of individual fields of activity. The newest digital economy is significantly different from the traditional economy. A modern business environment requires constant adaptation of an entrepreneur to dynamically changing conditions at a strategic and tactical level. The purpose of the article is to study aspects of the quality of corporate governance, taking into account the challenges of the digital economy. The objectives of the study are: to identify the key elements of corporate governance and environmental factors affecting them; to determine the conditions and factors of the formation of economic interests in the corporate governance system for the purpose of improving the quality of corporate governance in the digital economy.

The article presents conceptual architectural and technological solutions. In the article is justified application of technology and integration of SMART subsystems platform based on a single integrating data schema. The structure of the integrated information and computing environment, based on the classical architecture of SOA and differing by the presence of a repository of services which stores information about all available web services and the ability to remotely call the methods of services by clients.

Creating an innovation environment is shown in the context of interaction of economic agents in the creation and consumption of innovative value-based infrastructure approach. The problem of the complexity of collecting heterogeneous data on the formation and distribution of innovative value in the conditions of the dynamic nature of the research object and the environment is formulated. An information model providing a subject-independent representation of data on innovation value flows is proposed and allows to automate the processes of data collection and analysis with the minimization of time costs. The article was prepared in the course of carrying out research work within the framework of the project part of the state task in the field of scientific activity in accordance with the assignment 26.2758.2017 / 4.6 for 2017-2019. on the topic "System for analyzing the formation and distribution of the value of innovative products based on the infrastructure concept".

Methodological approaches to the definition of the notion "informal employment" and assessment of its size are proposed in the article. The factors that stimulate the growth of informal labor activity in post-Soviet Russia are analysed. Economic and social consequences of informal employment are considered and government policy measures in that field are grounded.
