This study aimed to find out a portrayal of the implementation of reward and punishment methods in increasing students’ motivation at MIS GUPPI 11 Rejang Lebong. This study used a qualitative approach. The data were gathered by means of observation and interviews. The data were analyzed by some stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusion. The conclusion of this study revealed: the fifth grade students’ learning motivation in learning akidah akhlak subject at MIS GUPPI 11 of Rejang Lebong increased better when the reward and punishment methods were applied. It was evident that the students participated in akidah akhlak lesson with good enthusiasm in attendance volume. They could express opinions in front of the class and complete assignments given by the teacher.
The implementation of the PSBB has an impact on all sectors, one of which is education, namely the threat of children dropping out of school. Dropouts explain that every student or student who leaves school or other educational institutions for any reason before finishing school without moving to another school. Early prediction must be done, to prevent many students dropping out of school. The dataset used in this study was taken from students in Junior High School (SMP) in Banyumas Regency. The method used in this study is the confusion matrix and 10-fold cross validation on the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm. The results obtained on the KNN algorithm in predicting the potential for dropout students are 87.4214%, with a precision value of 88.2%, recall 87.4% and F-Measure 87%. Then the results of the accuracy value on the KNN algorithm are categorized as Good Classification
ABSTRAKPandemi covid-19 yang tidak kunjung berakhir dan terus di perpanjangnya kebijakan PPKM membuat kegiatan belajar mengajar masih belum bisa dilaksanakan secara tatap muka meski telah memasuki tahun ajaran baru. Untuk itu adanya kegiatan Amikom Mitra Masyarakat, tim kami melakukan pelatihan penggunaan media pembelajaran daring kepada masyarakat luas khususnya orangtua dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran orangtua akan pentingnya peran orangtua dalam mengoptimalkan kualitas proses belajar daring. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan Participatory Action Research (PAR), dimana tim melakukan observasi guna mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan peluang mitra dampingan pada awal tahun 2021 yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan secara daring diawal tahun ajaran baru dan terakhir melakukan evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Kegiatan pelatihan diikuti 59 peserta selama berlangsungya kegiatan sangat antusias sampai selesai pelatihan ini. Sebanyak 74,58% peserta dapat memahami penggunaan media pembelajaran daring dari hasil pelatihan tersebut. Kata kunci: media pembelajaran; daring; pandemi; peran orang tua. ABSTRACTThe ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the continued extension of the PPKM policy have made teaching and learning activities unable to be carried out face-to-face even though it has entered the new school year. For this reason, with the Amikom Mitra Masyarakat activity, our team conducts training on the use of online learning media to the wider community, especially parents, with the aim of increasing parental awareness of the importance of parents' role in optimizing the quality of the online learning process. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), where the team conducts observations to identify problems and opportunities of assisted partners in early 2021, which is then followed by the implementation of activities carried out online at the beginning of the new school year and finally evaluates the results of activities. The training activity was attended by 59 participants during the activity very enthusiastically until the completion of this training. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis ICT menggunakan aplikasi Lectora Inspire.</em><em> </em><em>Metode pelaksanaan dalam pengabdian ini ialah metode workshop dilengkapi Pre-test dan Post-test. Mitra pengabdian ini yaitu guru-guru SMA Negeri 1 Wangon dengan jumlah 50 guru. Hasil dari pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada kenaikan sejumlah 70% dalam pemahaman penggunaan bahan ajar interaktif berbasis ICT menggunakan lectora inspire setelah diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan</em><em>. </em></p><p><strong>Kata kunci<em>:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>Bahan Ajar Interaktif, ICT, Lectora Inspire, Guru SMA.</em></strong></p>
