Creative startup are currently growing rapidly in Indonesia, as well as in the city of Bandung. The main user characteristics of the creative startup have a unique and space preference that can develop fresh and new ideas. The characteristics of the user will affect the design especially on the character of the design. This paper will analyze the relevance of interior design that can accommodate users with creative startup characteristics and how to present interior design that can stimulate and create creative ideas for users. The research method is qualitative research, by doing field observation and questionnaire dissemination. This paper uses a sample of co-working space users in Bandung, as well as creative startup that stand in 5 dominant sector in Bandung. The results showed the required space of co-working space with preference on interior element.
Learning activities for school children during the Covid-19 pandemic were carried out using the Distance Learning method. Distance learning indirectly changes children's behavior both while studying and playing. The restriction of activities and play space for school children during Distance Learning method is a change that all children must face, including children living in housing. Pattern of Space and environmental settings, especially the residential environment, have a major influence on children's playing behavior. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is to analyze through comparison of survey data and direct observation from two different residential environment settings. The result of the research is that different spatial patterns will affect children's play behavior patterns during distance learning, children's responses to spatial patterns, structure and character of environmental settings in play activities. The behavior and responses of different children become the design reference and produce basic data about the effect of pattern of greeting on children's playing behavior. Subsequent research on elements of the playroom in the New Normal. Penelitian selanjutnya mengenai elemen ruang bermain dimasa New Normal.
Interaction between architectural objects with observers (public) as one form of communication in architecture, especially communication in the language of architectural forms. Communication in the architecture will be established if the realization of architectural forms has clear themes and concepts. Exploration of design themes and concepts in architecture as part of the design process both normative theory and positive theory to produce architectural forms that are capable of creating design characteristics, meaning and philosophy. Exploration The design themes and concepts, especially public buildings, can be through a glass box or black box design process, this is influenced by the client, function, location and even local government policies and regulations. The object in this discussion is the result of the design of the Architecture Final Project and the subject of Architectural Design 6 in the Architecture Engineering Department of the Indonesian Science and Technology College STINTEN Bandung. This research is a research with qualitative descriptive method, which is compiled based on the data of several architectural final project. This study is intended to examine that communication in architecture is the language of architectural forms that result from exploration of themes and design concepts.
District Offices as community service facilities to support all activities related to public services in their respective regions. Improved service quality and supported by decent facilities (well organized) are expected to provide a positive element in the overall development in the District, specifically in the Sub-District of Dayeuhkolot, Bandung District. The layout of services in sub-districts that are less well-organized and not based on standards of anthropometry and ergonomics of furniture in terms of interior, it greatly affects the performance and level of quality of services for both employees and visitors or residents who are interested. This community service activity aims to provide solutions to relevant agencies regarding the influence of furniture comfort and spatial planning on optimal performance and quality of service in the District District of Dayeuhkolot, Bandung Regency, West Java, especially in the community service space through a series of activities beginning with problem analysis in location, interior redesign, and ended with a workshop program in the form of delivering solutions in the form of an application of anthropometry and ergonomics through interior arrangement which is ideal as a problem solving that has been found in this case.
