The article is devoted to the problem of professional training of pedagogues in foreign countries. Special attention has been paid to the experience of Great Britain. It has been underlined that the teacher has to acquire thorough knowledge in profession as well as to master the methods of teaching. Nevertheless, this is not enough to reach success in a professional field. The educational system today needs a teacher-researcher. It has been proved that the process which provides scientific and educational unity by means of involving students into scientific work is stirring up in European pedagogical institutions. The problem of orientating the teachers to be on research work is considered to be the most important condition of their personal professional self-determination and professional culture. A new teacher-researcher training pattern in British higher educational system has been made. This pattern includes some interdependent components and is successful under certain pedagogic conditions: the possession of research position by a teacher-to-be; ensuring creative interaction and cooperation among students and teachers; introduction of special educative modules with research orientation; the use of project technologies; the arrangement of creative educational atmosphere; establishing friendly relationships among university teachers (lecturers), students and school teachers. The accent is made on the urgent necessity of implementation of British experience in Ukraine.
The purpose of the article is to clarify the content and carry out a critical analysis of scientific research devoted to the preparation of future masters of medicine for teaching activity. Methods. In the preparation of the article, the methods of theoretical analysis of scientific literature were used to determine the actualities of training future masters of medicine at the current stage of the development of medical education. The methods of separation various aspects of the pedagogical activity of doctors were used to specify the content of scientific investigations in the context of comparing the directions of professional training of medical personnel in Ukraine and abroad. The methods of summarizing the results of scientific research were aimed at determining promising directions of scientific research in the context of professional training of future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity. Results. It has been established that the problem of the pedagogical activity of medical personnel in the systems of medical education and health care attracts the attention of researchers. It was found that the problem of professional training of medical students in the master's degree is outlined mostly in domestic studies. It is summarized that foreign researchers mostly devote their research to various aspects of interpersonal interaction at the “doctor-patient” level in the work of practicing doctors. Conclusions. One of the actualities of scientific research is the formation of pedagogical competence of medical personnel, which is manifested in the ability to teach and educate themselves and patients, as well as people who care for them, effectively using the entire scope of medical and psychological and pedagogical knowledge. An important task is outlined - to improve the system of master's training of future medical specialists with the aim of purposefully forming the readiness of master's graduates for teaching activities. We see the prospects for further scientific research in this direction in the methodical provision of the system of professional training of future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity.
присвячена проблемі волонтерської діяльності. Здійснено короткий історичний екскурс до витоків волонтерської діяльності. Розкрито сутність поняття «волонтерство», проаналізовано основні сфери діяльності волонтерів, обгрунтовано його значення в громадянському суспільстві. Методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз наукової літератури, документів, узагальнення, класифікація (для з'ясування ключових понять дослідження), систематизація, групування (для концептуалізації основних положень дослідження); емпіричні: спостереження, бесіда, інтерв'ю (для виявлення реального стану залучення учнів до волонтерської роботи). Підкреслюється особлива актуальність волонтерської діяльності в кризові періоди розвитку суспільства, що власне спостерігається сьогодні в Україні. Тому важливим є питання залучення до волонтерської роботи якомога більше учасників, включаючи учнівську молодь, в тому числі й молодших школярів. Охарактеризовано особливості участі у волонтерській діяльності учнів початкових класів. Обгрунтовано позитивний вплив волонтерської діяльності на формування особистості молодшого школяра. Волонтерський рух, який був започаткований ще у 1859 році і асоціюється з іменем Анрі Дюрана і створенням організації «Червоний Хрест», на сьогоднішній день є надзвичайно поширеним у багатьох країнах світу тому числі й Україні. Добровольчі ініціативи розповсюджуються майже на будьяку сферу людської діяльності-роботу з соціально незахищеними верствами населення (інвалідами, людьми похилого віку, маргіналами); роботу в рамках неформальної освіти, спрямованої на спілкування в іншомовному скредовищі; розвиток проектів, які зміцнюють дух соціальної терпимості; миротворча діяльність, розв'язання конфліктів; екологічний захист; активізація населення у глибинці тощо. Незважаючи на досить широкий спектр діяльності волонтерів, аналіз історії розвитку і сучасного стану волонтерства у різних країнах доводить, що основною галуззю діяльності добровольців є соціальна, тобто та важлива сфера діяльності, у якій участь держави визнається недостатньо ефективною. Особливо актуальною є волонтерська діяльність в кризові періоди розвитку суспільства, що власне спостерігається сьогодні в Україні. Тому важливим є питання залучення до волонтерської роботи якомога більше учасників, включаючи учнівську молодь, в тому числі й молодших школярів. Аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій. This article deals with the problem of migration and educational work with children-migrants in the USA. It is underlined that migration is widely spread today and many countries are involved in this process, including Ukraine. America is known as a country of migrants. This country differs from average multicultural countries in a range of peculiarities, one of which is the fact that cultural interaction was not within an individual ethnos, but within immigrants – descendants of different countries, representatives of various cultures. On the territory of the country there live national minorities and as a result of constant mass immigration new ethno-cultural groups are formed. It is recognized that problem of immigrants is really urgent in USA. Cultural diversity demands special approaches to the problem. One of them is the policy of multiculturalism and multicultural education. The aim of the study is to reveal the most important peculiarities of educational work with children-migrants in USA. Mainly theoretical research methods have been used in this study: analysis of American scientific sources for the: systematisation and generalisation of available data; defining of the essence of basic concepts; identification of the current state of the problem under consideration and possibilities for its solution. It is noted that educational work with children-migrants in USA is based on some particular principles (complex research of each pupil-migrant, individual approach, humanism, preservation of mental health and others). All of them are analyzed in the article. Special attention is paid to the problem of teachersʼ training in the context of multicultural education. It is emphasized that only competent multicultural teacher is able to work successfully with children-migrants and solve the problem of their adaptation and integration into the culture of other people. The possibilities of using positive American experience of the main principles of educational work with children-migrants in the context of multicultural education have been outlined.

Research methods applied: analysis of scientific sources for the systematisation and generalisation of available data; defining of the essence of basic concepts; identification of the current state of the problem under consideration and possibilities for its solution. Communicative competitiveness is an integrated formation of an individual, being a result/ product of studying and socializing of an individual, achieved through interpersonal communication, exchange of information, and productive interaction with the social setting at the level of individuals/ groups/ professional teams, provides for a cognizant choice of behavior modes/ an integrated strategy as well as being displayed by the culture of communicators. Intercultural communicative competence is a complex of socio-cultural and linguistic knowledge, communicative abilities and skills, due to which an individual can successfully communicate and interact with natives of other cultures at all levels of intercultural communication. Intercultural communicative competence envisages an ability to overcome misunderstanding arising in the process of interaction, to explain mistakes of interaction, desire and readiness to discover new things, to obtain knowledge about another cultural reality and possibility, and while operating this knowledge to penetrate into another culture, to interpret and correlate phenomena of native and foreign cultures, to establish and maintain connections between native and foreign cultures, to critically judge native culture, understanding peculiarities of another one, showing curiosity and openness towards other people, readiness to accept other opinions, overcome ethnocentric principles and prejudices.
