Resumo: O presente artigo pretende analisar as premissas econômicas e políticas sobre a Seguridade Social Brasileira. Para tanto, serão expostas, a conjuntura da Previdência Social pós Constituição de 1988;e as projeções socioeconômicas na qual se baseia oProjeto de Emenda Constitucional n. 287 -PEC 287/2016, que prevê alterações nos artigos 37,40,109,149,167,195,201 e 203 da Constituição da República. Interessa mostrar os principais fatores causais dessa reforma, apontando suas características, estratégias e alterações.Palavras-chave: Reforma. Economia. Sustentabilidade. Previdência. Abstract:This article aims to analyze the economic and political assumptions about the Brazilian Social Security.
