The present study was designed to find the macroscopic, microscopic and histocamical properties in pancreas of whiteeared bulbul (pycnonotus leucotis) and ductal system, ten healthy adult birds were transferred to the veterinary anatomy laboratory in Al-Qasim green university. Macroscopic study revealed that the pancreas was white in color, formed from two lobes, the ventral lobe navicular in shape while the dorsal lobe was very thin like triangular in appearance but longer than the ventral lobe. The two lobes were not occupy the space between the descending and ascending limbs of duodenum, the mean weight of birds and whole pancreas was (27.6±3.04), (0.07±0.022) gm respectively, the mean weight of dorsal and ventral lobes was (0.034±0.005), (0.036±0.0054) gm respectively and the mean length of dorsal and ventral lobe was (1.3±0.05), (0.88±0.03) cm respectively. The pancreas was a small organs in white-eared bulbul. The result of microscopic study that the pancreas in white-eared bulbul similar to other birds and covered by a thin C.T capsule with mesothelium cells. The pancreas parenchyma was consisted of exocrine and endocrine portions, the Langerhans island appeared in dorsal lobe in all histological sections which composed of different shapes and sizes. The intercalated ducts of ductal system lined by simple to low cuboidal cells then the epithelia changed to simple cuboidal in interlobular duct and become columnar in larger ducts. The main excretory ducts composed of three histological layers mucosa, muscularis and adventitia.

The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of high doses of Deca-Durabolin abusing on reproductive tissue in male rats. Sixteen male rats were randomly divided into control and Deca-Durabolin group injected with 15mg/kg BW. Twice weekly for 10 weeks. Histopathological changes with Haematoxylin & Eosin stain showed the testicular lesion in the caput epididymis shows severe destruction of basement epithelial lining, with severe degeneration, necrotic and hyaline degeneration, tubules with severe loss of sperm, caput epididymal tubules cystic digestion of tubules with degeneration & necrosis of spermatid (severe destruction of epididymal parenchyma), with severe cystic distension of epididymal tubules with severe hyalinization of spermatid resulting in narrowing of tubular tissue, as well as their is proliferation interstitial of fibers connective tissue with slight cellular filtrated together with loss of spermatid in the tubules that appear empty with cystic tubular distention, the epithelial hyperplasia showing of some epididymal duct tubules that show papillary growth in the lumen together with moderate fibrosis in the interstitial tissues, although some epidermis shows empty duct with sperm degeneration, in addition to fibrous connective tissue proliferation in the interstitial tissue, variable degree of tubular destruction together with loss of spermatid and evidence of epididymal tubular distortion, different degree of tubules destruction with loss of spermatid with evidence of epididymal tubules distraction. In conclusion, the present study revealed that the abusing of Deca-Durabolin cause serious pathological changes in reproductive organs, thus affected fertility. Finally, the anabolic steroid hormone has several disadvantages should be not used androgen replacement therapy at the high dose as well as prevent using as muscle building in athletics sports.

In this study we compare between two groups of young athletes from Al-Qassam city, each group contains from six athletes, the first group they taken Nandrolone Decanoate with dose 50 mg, I.M.  for three-time weakly and persistence in a period  at least two months, the second group the without any treatment are using as a control group. The result showing that athletes who taken Nandrolone at least two months there have low elevation in liver enzyme but there are no significant differences in GPT ,GOT, ALP, as well as decreased the levels of mean “serum FSH, LH, and testosterone.
