Abstrak Pengembangan organisasi merupakan hal yang tidak dapat diabaikan karena jika tidak dilakukan perubahan maka perusahaan tidak dapat terus eksis. Agar dapat memberikan dampak yang menguntungkan, sangat penting untuk terus melakukan perbaikan yang tepat dengan melibatkan budaya yang ada di organisasi. Karena keberadaan budaya organisasi dinilai dapat mempengaruhi perubahan sehingga menjadi factor pendorong perkembangan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa signifikan keberhasilan budaya organisasi dalam membangun pengembangan organisasi yang sehat. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan prosedur penelitian kualitatif dan alat pengolahan data untuk studi literatur. Budaya organisasi memiliki dampak positif dan negatif pada keberlanjutan organisasi di antara karyawan dan pemimpin, menurut temuan penelitian ini. Karena budaya perusahaan berdampak pada sikap, perilaku, dan cara pandang karyawan yang dipercaya dan digunakan dalam operasional sehari-hari, termasuk dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Ketika keyakinan budaya yang tidak menguntungkan diciptakan, mereka berdampak pada operasi organisasi. Untuk memperoleh data yang lebih lengkap dan valid tentang hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan pengembangan organisasi, diperlukan strategi baru dalam pengembangan organisasi. Abstract Organizational growth is something that cannot be overlooked because the company will cease to exist if no adjustments are done. It is critical to continue making the necessary modifications by involving the organization's culture in order to have a positive influence. Because organizational culture is thought to have the ability to affect change, it has become a driving force for organizational development. As a result, the goal of this article is to determine how important organizational culture is in fostering healthy organizational development. The study of literature was conducted using qualitative research methodologies and data processing technologies in this study. According to the findings of this study, organizational culture has both good and negative effects on organizational sustainability among employees and leaders. Because corporate culture influences the attitudes, behaviors, and viewpoints of employees who are trusted and used in day-to-day operations, such as completing tasks. When undesirable cultural ideas are formed, they have an impact on the operations of the company. A new organizational development strategy is required to acquire more extensive and valid data about the relationship between organizational culture and organizational development.
