Introduction. The need to rethink and adjust the process of preparing a future teacher for class guidance is due to difficulties in choosing adequate forms and methods of educational work, insufficient preparation of the teacher for the perception of the child as a subject of own development, as well as an insufficient level of knowledge of the metacompetencies of the modern world The purpose of the study is to analyze theoretical aspects and to identify parents' satisfaction with the activities of the form teacher as a key figure in the educational process of the Russian educational process subjects. Materials and methods. Therefore, representatives of the parent community of educational organizations (251 respondents) participated the study. Among them, 215 (85.7%) were female parents, 36 (14.3%) were male ones. The age limits of respondents ranged from 35 to 60 years. The survey covered parents from the following regions of the Russian Federation: the Chechen Republic – 215 people, the Republic of Ingushetia – 18 people. Also there were 18 people from the other regions of Russia. The survey was conducted by means of using the author's questionnaire, which included 15 questions aimed at identifying satisfaction with the activities of the form teacher as a key figure in the educational process and formulating the request of parents as subjects of the educational process Results of the study. The conducted survey aimed at identifying the degree of satisfaction with the work of the form teacher allows the authors of the study to state that the vast majority of parents are satisfied with their relationship with the form teachers (more than 95% of parents); they attend parent meetings at school (more than 95% of parents), have feedback (93.2% of parents), also have a fairly successful mutual understanding with their children (85.7% of parents), which allows both parents and form teachers to create a comfortable educational space for all its participants Conclusion. In the modern technological world, when virtual communication dominates the living word, there is a certain devaluation of the spiritual sphere, the collaboration of the “parent-student-form teacher” system becomes really important. A form teacher in a modern school is a teacher–mentor who supports and guides students, who helps them in solving educational and personal issues and problems, creates a developing space in the classroom, organizes events and involves students in socially useful activities.
The article is devoted to the study of the organization of volunteer activities in a pedagogical university as a socially significant phenomenon. The authors considered the content of the concepts “volunteer activity”, “educational space”. The features of the organization of volunteer activities in a pedagogical university are highlighted. It is determined that volunteering is one of the important factors in the formation of the civil and personal position of students in today’s complex world. The development of the volunteer movement, the process of its institutionalization, shows its scale, focus on various spheres of human life, and is of great interest for research. The system of organizing volunteer activities in a pedagogical university has a number of features related to interpersonal communication of student youth, professional orientation and preparation for independent living. Volunteer activity carried out at the Pedagogical University acts as a kind of connecting link between theory and practice, since the inclusion of future teachers in it contributes to the development of an active professional position and the development of professional values in practice. The authors conducted a survey of 3-4 year students in the amount of 120 people from February 5, 2022 to March 10, 2022 in order to study the motivation and involvement of young people in voluntary work in the name of the common good. The accumulation and analysis of the data obtained led to the conclusion that volunteering is attractive to students, as it allows solving certain social issues.
The article is devoted to the study of the formation of mentality and ethnic characteristics of representatives of the Chechen people. It is noted that the mentality and ethnic characteristics of Chechens are embodied in the phenomenon of Nokhchalla, which reflects the universal values and principles existing in the etiquette culture of the Chechen ethnic group. It is revealed that mentality and nokhchalla are in dialectical interrelation, complementing and mutually conditioning each other. Based on the diagnosis of basic life experiences by the method of “Spiritual crisis” (L.V. Shutova and A.V. Lyashuk) concluded that categories such as responsibility (dekharalla) and freedom (marsho) are the most frequent life experiences of both the older generation of Chechens and young people.
Introduction. The relevance of the topic is determined by a wide variety of innovative pedagogical technologies associated with the unlimited opportunities of the digital age, which allow the modern teacher to develop and apply in practice the individual educational trajectories of professional growth. One of the productive technologies of the educational process arrangement is the use of video materials in the lessons of the teachers – laureates and winners of competitions of pedagogical excellence. The article aims to analyze successful practices of pedagogical activities of laureates and winners of pedagogical competitions in the aspect of identification, substantiation, and use of information and training potential of video materials. Materials and Methods. A total of 142 teachers from the Russian Federation and CIS countries participated in the study – 30 men and 112 women. The average age of the teachers was 44 years with a deviation of 10 years. Research methods: tabular data presentation, charts, descriptive statistics (arithmetic mean, etc.), r-Spearman correlation coefficient. Results of the study. One of the important questions of the research of determining the criteria that teachers are guided by when selecting videos for the lesson showed that out of the six proposed criteria they highlighted the following in terms of importance: “relevance of information within the topic” (174 points), “students’ interests” (164 points), “educational value of the video fragment” (130 points), “methodological appropriateness” (129 points), “modernity and relevance of the material” (128 points), “degree of emotional impact” (127 points). No statistically significant correlations between these criteria were found. This suggests a significant scattering of opinions and priorities. Conclusion. Prospects for future research are related to the identification of the developing potential of video materials as a learning technology in the educational environment, which is productive not only as a passive source of reinforcement methodical resources of the lesson, but also as a means of autonomous practice of authorization by the teacher and students of their own potential of the educational activities’ organization.
