Salah satu penyakit yang sering dianggap remeh oleh sebagian masyarakat adalah penyakit Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA). Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) adalah penyakit saluran pernafasan atas atau bawah, biasanya menular dan dapat menimbulkan berbagai spektrum penyakit yang berkisar dari penyakit tanpa gejala dan infeksi ringan sampai penyakit yang parah dan mematikan. Penyakit ISPA merupakan salah satu penyakit yang harus diperhatikan oleh masyarakat luas karena dapat menyebabkan kematian, terutama pada anak-anak dan balita. Berdasarkan pertimbangan tersebut maka diperlukanlah sebuah sistem pakar yang mampu mendiagnosa penyakit ISPA berbasis web dengan metode forward chaining. Sistem pakar ini dibuat dengan memanfaatkan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar dapat membantu masyarakat untuk mendiagnosis penyakit ISPA berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang diderita. Manfaat dari pembuatan penelitian ini adalah agar masyarakat yang menderita penyakit ISPA dapat terbantu dan dapat ditangani dengan cepat dan tepat . Hasil dari pengujian validitas aplikasi, sistem pakar ini memiliki nilai keakuratan sistem sebesar 94% dari 100 data uji.

The education information delivery system at the MA Alwutsqo school is still being carried out as usual even though the pandemic outbreak in Indonesia is still not over. Because the school does not have a system to support distance learning. By implementing health protocols and teaching and learning time events, students often do not get an understanding of the material presented by the teacher. Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the systems needed by the school. Therefore, the authors designed a website-based E-learning application system with the aim of helping the learning and teaching process at MA Alwutsqo Depok City. The design of this information system uses waterfalls and system development is carried out using the Agile method. Bella Frame ART shop is a business shop that is engaged in selling paintings, calligraphy, and frames. Until now, the promotion method still uses brochures, posters, and pamphlets, so shop owners need a lot of money to convey information to a broad target market. Storing the results of feedback, or messages from customers is also needed, in order to assist the store in making decisions in product marketing and customer service in the future. With the application of CRM in the website-based marketing information system at the Bella Frame ART Shop, data storage can be stored neatly and in detail, and delivery of product information to customers can be done more easily and quickly and is expected to help the store make decisions in marketing products and customer service for the future. In this study, the authors used application development methods, namely the waterfall and agile methods. Web-based information systems with the proposed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method are systems that meet the needs and have the advantage of being integrated with systems related to marketing information systems. As well as using the waterfall method can help writers in the first stage of application development because testing is carried out after the application has been run while the agile method is used at a later stage so that it can cover deficiencies in the first stage of application development, namely requests for changing needs so that applications can continue to be developed despite requests needs change and application testing can continue at any time so that errors or bugs can be found more easily.Keywords:Information Systems, Customer Relationship Management, Website, Waterfall, Agile.

In this paper, a new technique of agglomerative hierarchical clustering (AHC), which is known as SLG (single linkage dissimilarity increment distribution, global cumulative score standard), can work well in analyzing students' activity in online learning as evidenced by obtaining the highest score in testing the validity index of cophenetic correlation coefficient (CPCC) ie 0.9237, 0.9015, 0.9967, 0.8853, 0.9875 of the five datasets compared with conventional agglomerative hierarchical clustering methods.
