The regulation of biofuels is such an interface of energy law and agricultural law having regard to the aspects of climate protection, for which the significance of legal regulation is steadily increasing in these days. In 2020 the ratio of bioethanol and bioester mixed to the fuels increased to 10%. In this article, I undertake to collect the area’s most important sources of international, European Union and domestic regulations in order to get a clear picture about the current situation of the interface of energy law legislation and climate protection.
This article is about the issues of the fishing right, as a property value right, and its exercise. The article analyses the issues of our natural waters' fishing and angling utilisation, the registration of fisheries management waters related to the appear of the fisheries management right, furthermore the article makes a proposal to solve the arisen public and private problems.
In the next article, I would like to summarise how the fundamental law on family farms, which entered into force in 2021, had an impact on the established rules of Transaction of agricultultral and forestry land in Hungarian law.
In addition to interpreting the precautionary principle, the present article shows that this principle of environmental law applies to agricultural practice as well. In a separate chapter, we analyze the relationship between the non-refoulement (also known as non-derogation) principle and the precautionary principle in connection with the latest cases of the Hungarian Constitutional Court’s practice. This article summarizes the counter-arguments of the constitutional judges against a strong interpretation of the precautionary principle and analyzes whether a strong interpretation of said principle prevails in the practice of the Deputy Ombudsman for Future Generations.
