Dukuh Atas merupakan tempat bertemunya lima moda transportasi Jakarta di pusat kota. Denganmasalah kemacetan yang parah pada jam sibuk, Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta berencanamenerapkan manajemen dan rekayasa lalu lintas Sistem Satu Arah pada kawasan tersebut. Studiini membahas dampak lalu lintas penerapan SSA di Dukuh Atas dengan analisis mikrosimulasimenggunakan Vissim. Hasil studi menunjukkan dengan adanya SSA, rata-rata kecepatan pada ruasjalan meningkat dari 15,5 km/jam menjadi 17,7 km/jam dan tundaan pada simpang berkurang dari60,3 detik/kendaraan menjadi 43,7 detik/kendaraan.
Road traffic accidents still become major problems for Indonesia causing more than 25,000 deaths per year. One of the challenges faced in making road betterments is how to identify and prioritize black spots with minimal accident data. This study offers an innovative approach to combine Equivalent Accident Number (EAN) with other road and traffic parameters which have potentials to cause accidents: average daily traffic, road pavement condition, turning radius, road grade, shoulder width, roadside hazards, and safety facilities, called Road Safety Survey Value (RSSV). The approach was successfully implied on National Roads Southeast Sulawesi Province, showing more accurate ranking of 15 black spots to be treated than the EAN Method.
Abstract. Traffic performance have been measured based on degree of saturation, velocity, travel time, and delays. However, they weren't enough to measure the traffic fluctuation that happen on normal days. This study aims to develop some modified analysis about traffic congestion based on the degree of saturation (DS) and travel time ratio (TTR). The travel time ratio is defined as a ratio between the travel time at peak hour and the travel time at off-peak hour in a certain road section. Traffic congestion conditions are classified into 4 categories: Peak-hour Congestion, Lengthy Congestion, Momentary Congestion, and Smooth Traffic. Based on survey results on road sections in Palembang, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Surakarta, it can be concluded that peak-hour congestion occurs when TTR > 1,40 and DS > 0,75, lengthy congestion occurs when TTR < 1,40 and DS > 0,75, momentary congestion occurs when TTR > 1,40 and DS < 0,75, and smooth traffic when TTR < 1,40 and DS < 0,75.
ABSTRAKSeiring pertumbuhan lalu lintas yang terus meningkat, perlu diselidiki mengenai kebutuhan peningkatan pelayanan Simpang Susun Baros dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan transportasi di wilayah Cimahi. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan penentuan tingkat pelayanan ramp berdasarkan derajat kejenuhan dan memperkirakan waktu peningkatan pelayanan berdasarkan pertumbuhan lalu lintas. Penelitian dilakukan hanya pada ramp '6001' dan ramp '6003' yang merupakan akses keluar Jalan Tol Pasteur. Ramp '6001' memiliki tingkat pelayanan "D" pada tahun 2014 dengan derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,81. Volume lalu lintas ramp '6001' diperkirakan mencapai kapasitas jalan pada tahun 2027. Ramp '6003' memiliki tingkat pelayanan "B" pada tahun 2014 dengan derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,46. Volume lalu lintas ramp '6003' diperkirakan mencapai kapasitas jalan pada tahun 2063. ABSTRACTAlong with continuously increasing traffic growth, it is necessary to investigate about the necessity of service improvement on Baros Interchange in order to improve the transport services in Cimahi. This research aims to determine the ramp's level of service based on the density and estimate the time for service improvement based on traffic growth. The research is done on ramp '6001' and ramp '6003'only which are the exit ways of Pasteur Toll Road. The result of calculations shows that ramp '6001' has a "D" level of service in 2014 with density about 0,81. Traffic volume on ramp '6001' is estimated to reach its capacity in 2027. The ramp '6003' has a "B" level of service in 2014 with density about 0,46. Traffic volume on ramp '6003' is estimated to reach its capacity in 2063.
