Objective: To identify the impact of bullying behavior on the mental health of students who are victims of bullying.Methods: This was a cross-sectional descriptive quantitative study on 105 students in Medan Perjuangan district from November - December 2021. Sampling was performed using accidental sampling techniques on students living in the study area. A questionnaire was used to collect data and analysis was performed using univariate analysis with an estimated value of 95% confidence of 5%. Results: More than 70% of respondents received some forms of bullying such as body shaming, intelligence discrimination, and parental work shaming, discrimination based on their religion and beliefs, and abusive words. More than 60% of students were also discriminated, ridicule, and subjected to physical violence. About 50% of respondents were also bullied based on their financial, racial/ethnicity, and skin color traits and received physical abused.Conclusion: There is a link between mental health conditions and bullying behavior in students who are victims of bullying.
There is an increase in the elderly population at this time, making the morbidity rate in the elderly also increase. In 2021, the number of elderly people who experienced illness in the past month was around 34.48%. Meanwhile, in 2022, the morbidity rate increased to 41.3%, The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of the use of posyandu programs in empowering the elderly in Harjosari I Village, Medan Amplas District. The method used is a quantitative approach cross-sectional research design by surveying as many as 30 people as representatives of the population by accidental sampling by conducting interviews using online-based questionnaires, after the interview the data was analyzed statistically using univariate, bivariate and multivariate tests with a multi-stage model Analisys model to obtain crude values and adjusted oods ratio with an alpha significance of 5% (p<0.05). The results showed that the greatest influence on the utilization of the posyandu program was a distance of >100 meters with an exp value (B) of 2.56. The conclusion is that overall variables have a significant relationship with the utilization of elderly posyandu services with risks ranging from 1.43 to 2.56 times.
The internet is something that people use the most every day. The dominant internet users come from groups of teenagers or students. It is often found that individuals who abuse the internet need to be educated on how to surf the internet in a healthy way. Healthy Internet is a program from the Indonesian government designed by the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information (Kemkominfo). The purpose of this study was to find out how healthy internet usage is among the people of Sigara-gara Village. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, the number of samples is 48 respondents. The analysis used is univariate analysis and Cartesian diagram. This research was conducted in Sigara-gara Village, Patmbak District, Deli Serdang Regency. The result of this research is that it is found that the people of Sigara-gara village are still not good at using the internet in their daily life as evidenced by the survey results as many as 48 respondents out of 240 people have used the internet. Around 40.8% of 80% of the Sigara Village Community work as entrepreneurs.
