With 2 equivalents of [Mn(CN)L,] in toluene, AgPF, gave [Ag{(p-NC)MnL,},]+ {L, = cis-or trans-(CO),[P(OR),](dppm) (R = Ph or Et)} but in CH,Cl, cis-[Mn(CN)(CO),(PEt,)(dppe)] (dppe = Ph,PCH,CH,PPh,) or trans-[Mn(CN)(CO)(dppm),] and AgX (X = BF,-, PF,-or SbF,-) gave the tricationic manganese@) complexes [Ag{(p-NC)Mn(CO)(dppm),),lCPF,I, and [Ag{(p-NC)MnL,},]X, { L, = trans-(CO),(PEt,)(dppe)]; the complexes [Ag{(p-NC)MnL,),][PF,],
