ABSTRAKTumbuh kembang anak berlangsung secara teratur, saling berkaitan dan berkesinambungan dimulai sejak konsepsi hingga dewasa. Dasar kepribadian anak terbentuk dari keluarga dan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang tumbuh kembang balita usia 2-5 tahun. Tujuan khusus untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan keluarga balita tentang tumbuh kembang balita umur 2-5 tahun di Desa Serut pada tingkat baik, cukup, kurang dan mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan keluarga tentang tumbuh kembang balita umur 2-5 tahun. Penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dimana data yang menyangkut variabel bebas dan variabel terikat diambil dalam waktu yang bersamaan, dengan tujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara dua variable. Berdasarkan analisa bivariat diperoleh p-value = 0,002 (α ≤ 0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan antara hubungan tingkat pengetahuan keluarga dalam meningkatkan keterampilan keluarga untuk menstimulasi tumbuh kembang balita. Nilai koefisien korelasi yang didapatkan pada analisis bivariat yaitu 0,373 yang menunjukkan bahwa arah korelasi positif dengan kekuatan korelasi antara kedua variabel dalam kategori sedang. The basic personality of the child is made up of family and environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of knowledge of the mother about the growth of toddlers aged 2-5 years. Specific Objective to know the level of knowledge of toddlers about toddler growth of 2-5 years old in Serut Village at good level, enough, less and know the factors that influence the family knowledge about the growth of toddlers aged 2-5 years. Observational research with cross sectional approach, where data concerning independent variables and dependent variables are taken at the same time, with the aim to find the relationship between two variables. Based on bivariate analysis obtained p-value = 0,002 (α ≤ 0,05) which means there is relationship between relation of family knowledge level in improving family skill to stimulate growth of toddler. The correlation coefficient value obtained in bivariate analysis is 0.373 which shows that the direction of positive correlation with the correlation strength between the two variables in the medium category. ABSTRAKAnak Usia 3-5 tahun merupakan tahapan dimana anak mengalami tumbuh kembang dan aktivitas yang pesat sehingga asupan nutrisi akan meningkat. Anak di usia ini masih bergantung pada orang tua dalam hal pemberian makan, anak sudah bisa memilih makanan yang disukainya. Peran orang tua sangat menentukan asupan nutrisi pada anak, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experimental dengan desain penelitian one group Pretest Posttest. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah .pos gizi dilakukan setiap hari minggu selama 1 bulan (4 kali pertemuan) . Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t dependen dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil uji t dependen menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan perilaku lansia dalam pengendalian hipertensi antara pretest dan posttest (p=0,000). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan setelah dilakukan kasimazi (kelas modifikasi makanan bergizi) terhadap perilaku ibu memberikan nutrisi kepada balita. pos gizi dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan merubah perilaku dari orang tua dalam memberikan gizi bagi anaknya. Sehingga diharapakan adanya pos gizi disetiap posyandu dan rutin diadakan untuk meningkatkan status gizi bagi masyarakat. Kata kunci: pos gizi, nutrisi, perilaku ibu, pemberian nutrisi ABSTRACT Children aged between three and five years is the phase where the experienced are sprouting and activities are rapidly so that nutritional intake will increase .Children in this age still relied on older people in thing furnishing the eat , the child has been to be able to choose food in spite of .The role of parents are very determine nutritional intake in children , a method of experimental quasi was used in the study with a design research one group pretest posttest .Sample technique that is used is .pos nutrition done every day week for one month ( 4 times a meeting ) .The data were analyzed using dependent t test and reason 0.05 significance .T testing shows dependent elderly behavior show significant differences in controlling hypertension between pretest and posttest ( p = 0,000 ) .This research result indicates that there are significant impact following the completion of kasimazi ( class modification of nutritious food behavior mother to provide nutrients to the toddlers . Nutrition posts can improve understanding and change the behavior of parents in providing nutrition to their children .So that is expected the post nutrition luminance posyandu and always held to improved the nutritional status for the community
