Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui profil penilaian menulis di Sekolah Dasar saat ini. (2) memaparkan prototipe pengembangkan penilaian autentik keterampilan berbahasa tulis di Sekolah Dasar. (3) memaparkan hasil implementasi prototipe pengembangan instrumen penilaian autentik keterampilan berbahasa tulis di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengacu pada langkah-langkah Sukamdinata yaitu studi pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan dan uji coba.Produk pengembangan instrumen penilaian autentik berbahasa tulis terdiri dari (1) instrumen penilaian menulis laporan buku; (2) instrumen penilaian menulis pantun; (3) instrumen penilaian menulis syair dan; (4) instrumen penilaian sikap dalam kegiatan menulis. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu (1) instrumen penilaian autentik menulis laporan buku, menulis pantun, menulis syair dan penilaian sikap dalam kegiatan menulis dinyatakan valid oleh ahli penilaian dan praktisi; (2) dalam uji kekonsistenan instrumen penilaian menulis buku diperoleh nilai rata-rata koefisien kappa > 0,775, instrumen penilaian menulis pantun memperoleh nilai rata-rata koefisien kappa > 0,709, dan instrumen penilaian menulis syair memperoleh nilai rata-rata koefisien kappa > 0,651 artinya instrumen penilaian menulis catatan buku, pantun dan syair memiliki kekonsistenan yang tinggi dalam penilaian oleh beberapa penilai. Dengan demikian penilaian autentik yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif instrumen penilaian berbahasa tulis di Sekolah Dasar.
This study aims to determine the mathematical critical thinking disposition of vocational school students in mathematics learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of six indicators, i.e., 1) truth-seeking, 2) open-mindedness, 3) analyticity, 4) systematicity, 5) self-confidence, 6) curiosity. The research methodology used is a qualitative methodology with a case study research design. The research sample was vocational students in Cirebon and Indramayu who were carrying out online learning. The research data were taken by providing a mathematical critical thinking disposition questionnaire distributed online via Google Form. This study shows that the mathematical critical thinking disposition of vocational school students during the COVID-19 pandemic on the truth-seeking indicator got a percentage of 57.60% in the excellent category, the open-minded indicator got a percentage of 76.04% in the excellent category, the systematic indicator got a percentage of 72.79 % in the excellent category, the analytical indicator got a percentage of 66.23% in enough category, the confidence indicator got a percentage of 62.07% in enough category, and the curiosity indicator got a percentage of 68.49% in enough category. The achievement of all indicators got a percentage of 67.19% and is in the good category. This means that students have good attitudes or tendencies to think rationally and reflectively to make decisions under certain conditions.
This study empirically sought to establish the pattern of relationship between employees' altruism and organisational adaptation in Nigeria. As a cross sectional survey, the instrument for data collection was the questionnaire which top executives of the organisations responded to. Data collected were presented and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The 17.0 version of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to perform a Spearman Rank Order Coefficient Correlation and the result revealed that altruism is significantly and positively associated to organisational adaptation. The study concluded that the exhibition of altruism among employees of Nigeria domestic aviation companies resulted in sharing of knowledge and consequently made the organisations adaptive; and recommended among others that (1) Leaders and managers of Nigeria domestic airline companies and by extension, all other Nigeria organisations should apply motivation to induce employees to exhibit altruistic
This research is a development research which aims to produce printed teaching materials in the form of descriptive textbooks oriented to higher order thinking skills (HOTS). This research is used as a student training material and a source of teacher teaching materials related to solving problems that require students to think critically and creatively. The product of this textbook development is divided into four parts, namely the book cover, which contains front and back covers, the first two parts of the book, namely, contain a copyright page, an introduction, a table of contents, general instructions, a columnhots, scientific columns, concept maps, and descriptive text learning objectives. Furthermore, the three content sections, which contain the contents of the book, are divided into four basic competencies of descriptive text for class VII SMP/MTs (seven graders of secondary schools), and the fourth is the final part of the book, which contains a bibliography, glossary, and author's curriculum vitae. This study uses the Research and Development method (R&D with the ADDIE Model. Data were collected using interviews by five Indonesian language teacher practitioners, then documentary studies to obtain the structure of language rules, then filling out a questionnaire to obtain the results of validation of material and media experts by two respondents and an implementation questionnaire. by three Indonesian language teacher practitioners The results of the development of HOTS-oriented descriptive text books for grade VII which have been validated by material experts with a score of 84% (quite valid) and media experts with a score of 82% (quite valid). implemented to test its feasibility on three Indonesian teacher respondents with indicators including: 1) content, 2) language, 3) presentation of the material, 4) graphics, and 5) HOTS components got 89% gain. Thus the HOTS-oriented descriptive text textbook for class VII SMP/MTs is declared very valid and suitable for use by VII grade SMP/MTs students.
Media sosial merupakan wadah untuk memberikan informasi yang sangat efektif untuk penyebaran yang lebih luas dan memberikan informasi yang lebih interaktif bagi penyedia dan penerima informasi. Dalam hal ini media sosial digunakan untuk memberikan motifasi kepada warga terkait dengan pelaksanaan program warung hidup. Warung hidup merupakan tanaman yang dapat di tanam di lahan pekarangan warga yang mana dengan adanya warung hidup ini bisa memenuhi kebutuhan dapur seperti halnya sayuran, bumbu dan buah buahan, dalam pengabdian masyarkat ini warung hidup difokuskan kepada tanaman yang dapat meningkatkan imunitas daya tahan tubuh dalam rangka pencegahan dan penanggualangan covid-19. Kampanye edukasi melalui media sosial kepada masyarakat mengenasi pemanfaatan Lahan Pekarangan sebagai Media Tanam untuk Ketahanan Pangan dan Imunitas Tubuh dalam Penanggulangan Covid-19, merupakan tema yang akan diangkat dalam pengabdian masyarakat dengan program utama warung hidup. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian masyarakat yaitu dengan dilakukannya penilaian tiga sesi penilaian dengan melalui empat kriteria yaitu keragaman tanaman, budidaya yang dilakukannya, kerapihan terhadap penataan tanaman dan kreativitas dalam mengemas tanaman obata keluarga (TOGA). Dari hasil kegiatan ini masyarakat memiliki motivasi dan keinginan untuk melakukan pengelolaan warung hidup di pekarangan rumah masing-masing dan dari hasil penilaian yang dilakukan oleh tim, dihasilkan tiga juara, yaitu juara satu, dua dan tiga.
