Leucocytoclastic vasculitis is an immune-mediated, neutrophil-induced small vessel disease. Clinically, it presents with cutaneous palpable painless purpuric papules on the extremities. Herein a fatal case of leucocytoclastic vasculitis initially presenting with bilateral marginal keratitis without any cutaneous lesions is reported.
