A Palma Forrageira é uma planta rica em vitaminas, minerais e aminoácidos, constitui-se em complemento alimentar de alto poder nutritivo, tanto animal quanto humano, mas ainda é relegada à condição de planta associada à subsistência das famílias que lidam com a agropecuária familiar e que veem na Palma Forrageira o único recurso para alimentação do gado em épocas de estiagem. Este trabalho apresenta uma prospecção tecnológica sobre a planta, fazendo uso de pesquisa patentária e bibliográfica, com objetivo de avaliar o potencial econômico da Palma Forrageira, suas aplicações no contexto da alimentação humana e animal, suas características nutricionais e sua utilização comercial. Os resultados indicam o alto potencial da Palma Forrageira como produto agrícola que, além de promover sustentabilidade, pode alavancar negócios intensivos em tecnologia, contribuindo para um efetivo desenvolvimento das regiões onde é cultivada.Palavras-chave: Palma Forrageira. FORAGE PALM: EVIDENCE OF ECONOMIC UTILIZATION ABSTRACTThe forage palm is a plant rich in vitamins, minerals and amino acids, it is a food supplement of high nutritional power, both animal and human, but it is still relegated to the condition of plant associated with the subsistence of the families that deal with the family farming and who see in the forage palm the only resource to feed the cattle in times of drought. This work presents a technological prospection about the plant, using patent and bibliographical research, with the objective of evaluating the economic potential of forage palm, its applications in the context of human and animal feeding, its nutritional characteristics and its commercial use. The results indicate the high potential of the forage palm as an agricultural product that, besides promoting sustainability, can leverage technology intensive businesses, contributing to an effective development of the regions where it is cultivated.

Startups developed through academic Spin-offs foster the development of products and processes inside and outside the innovation ecosystem that originated them and have become an important research topic with regard to Technology Transfer mechanisms and University-Company cooperation. Therefore, the objective of this article was to bring up information that could contribute to the discussion on academic spin-offs, startups and the benefits initially generated by this cooperation. The adopted methodology was the exploratory descriptive, aiming the perception in the literature used in some arguments and data that would help the understanding of this relationship. In view of this, the results show us that there is a large number of qualified personnel within these firms and that this intellectual capital cooperates with the positive impact on a country's economic and social development.

The intellectual protection process is a sine qua non condition for leveraging a system based on a specific location. The purpose of this article was to find a referenced chronological survey - 2000 to 2017 - on the relationship of fostering innovation and Intellectual Protection, according to the usability of certain assets in view of the Local Innovation System in Pernambuco - Brazil. The methodology used was descriptive, with documentary analysis and bibliographic references. As a result, it was found that there is a structural disorder in Intellectual Property in the state, taking it to levels far below other Local Innovation Systems with the same innovative maturity. A developmental and intellectual property gap was found in what is already considered one of the largest and best structured Brazilian Local Innovation Systems. Considering these unsatisfactory results, it is necessary to promote in the Pernambuco Local Innovation System innovative matrix methods and Intellectual Property capable of taking the referred state to innovative levels never thought of.

As an important economic and social transformation strategy that has been adopted throughout the world, the formation of local innovation ecosystems constitutes a network of cooperation in favor of local development through the innovation economy formed by different types of actors. Among these actors, innovation habitats stand out, in particular, innovation centers that bring together in a single location several mechanisms, programs and other habitats in one place, and can thus become an epicenter of innovation ecosystems. However, depending on the degree of maturity of the ecosystem, the management and integration of an innovation center may have certain difficulties in its execution, therefore, this article presents a governance model, called hive, based on the case of the innovation center Jaraguá in Maceió/AL, recently launched within an ecosystem still under construction. At the end, a unique new look at the governance of an innovation center in a reference ecosystem is launched, demonstrating its main obstacles, strengths and how the flow of knowledge is developed in it.

Resumo: O estudo apresentado foi à análise documental de Startups Alagoanas a partir de publicações recentes no cenário de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação do estado de Alagoas. O objetivo foi identificar a relação entre as Startups, a Propriedade Intelectual e a inovação no ecossistema de inovação através de uma análise documental. Constatou-se que há interação entre a proteção intelectual através da geração de patentes e o cenário inovador em Alagoas, mas que há a necessidade de uma maior interação no ecossistema para que sejam mais abrangentes e divulgadas as ações assertivas em Propriedade Intelectual e Inovação através de mais incentivos a esse ecossistema local de inovação, a exemplo do Sururu Valley e da solidificação dos Habitats de Inovação, a exemplo dos Polos Agroalimentares de Alagoas da Secretaria de Estado da Ciência, da Tecnologia e da Inovação.
