All created in the Nature is the result of natural technology. Solutions from Nature can be incentive for artificial, man's technology of living (biotechnology) and technology of abiogenesis. We have set ourselves the question what is a natural additive model for making parts. After geological analysis and playback of some products of Nature and man-making procedures of additive components was found. Natural model for these procedures to create additive components is the formation of sedimentary rocks 3,75 billion years ago. At the same time we made systematization of additive production and additive manufacturing of these procedures, the first revolutionary change in the primary shaping after 4,3 billion years.
Risk management is one of the key project management processes performed in the initial project planning. The risk management process includes many steps, described in the chapter. Claims management is one of the most important challenges in large projects and linked with many financial losses. In the research, all frequent claims are identified in a piping project. Probabilistic claims are evaluated by questionnaire aimed at calculation of probability percentage and also probability of success. In order to determine reliability of questionnaire, statistical test of internal consistency coefficient was applied. Result of the present study is to quantify claims in implementation phase of piping projects and finally by analysing cost effects. Difference between probability of final project cost before and after application of claim indicates a more accurate estimation of project cost given portions of claims for project; impact of claim on project success rate in this project is 8 %.
Factors contributing to construction machines, hand tools and power tools in building multistory buildings have been investigated. 212 non-fatal injuries have been analyzed in terms of identification of type of machine and tool used, indirect cause of injury, the way in which injury has occurred, severity, injured body parts and the role of the injured worker in the work process. Research has shown that trucks and tower cranes are the riskiest machines while circular saw, grinder and drilling machine are the riskiest mechanical tools. Wheelbarrow and hammer are the riskiest hand tools. Most of the injuries happen due to the "Incorrect realization of work operation". Operators are the most injured workers considering all types of machines except tower cranes. Severity levels are higher when machines and mechanical tools are used. Hand-arm and foot-leg are the most vulnerable body parts but body-torso and other multiple injuries are right behind. "Struck by an object", "Struck against", "Caught in, under or between", "Fall to level below" and "Excessive physical strain and exhaustion of the organism" are the most probable ways for an injury to occur while using construction machinery and tools.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
