This paper examines the impact of disasters and climate change on migration and displacement. It looks at the direct and indirect effects of such events and how they can force people to move away from their homes. It also discusses the growing trend of environmental migration and how this has been exacerbated with managing such population movements. Finally, it outlines the potential solutions to this growing problem and proposes ways to address the humanitarian issues involved.
