Buah Ketakasi is a cooperative founded by a community of coffee farmers in Jember district. Initially, the cooperative business unit involved was coffee agribusiness with 64 permanent members and 12 extraordinary members. The cooperative business unit expanded into coffee industrial agriculture, chicken and goat farm, dragon fruit cultivation, and organic fertilizer production. The number of permanent members has also increased to 182 people and extraordinary members to 300 people. This cooperative had problems including planning work programs, organizing resources, division of work, implementing work programs, monitoring and evaluating them. The offered solution to solving managerial problems of the cooperative was a mentoring program on how to plan a work program; how to organize resources, division of work, strategies for implementing work programs and monitoring-evaluation up to the reporting.
This service aims to provide knowledge and skills to elementary school teachers about efforts to improve the professionalism of elementary school teachers through classroom action research. Classroom action research was chosen because the research is considered simple and very easy to implement for elementary school teachers. This service provides knowledge to participants about the basic concepts of classroom action research and research methods, as well as preparing CAR reports. The methods used in this service are lectures and demonstrations. Based on the results of this service, it was concluded that elementary school teachers were very enthusiastic and interested in classroom action research. This is evidenced by the many questions to the informants. In addition, the number of participants who attended was 35 people, indicating that elementary school teachers were very interested in this training. Participants become more aware of the basic concepts of classroom action research and the systematics of preparing reports, because so far elementary school teachers consider CAR as a difficult research.
The aims of this study are as follows: (1) to analyze and find out the needs of historical learning media based on local wisdom values at SMAN 1 Grujugan; (2) Knowing the procedure for developing an articulate storyline media based on the traditional values of the Rokaat Phandeba; 3) Knowing the feasibility of the media articulate storyline that was developed based on the results of expert validation. This type of research is development or research and development by adopting the ADDIE model design (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) in the product development process. The results of this study indicate that the history learning media used at SMAN 1 Grujugan still uses conventional media such as power point and only uses material from textbooks and internet sources. Second, the development of articulate storyline media was developed based on the primary sources of material from Rokat Phandaba by adopting the ADDIE model, starting from analyzing the needs of learning media in the field, making media designs developed, developing media articulate storylines based on the results of material validation tests and media validation tests by experts, implementation limited and broad, then the final step is to evaluate the media that was developed based on the results of the questionnaires given by students and teachers. Based on the validation results of learning media experts and material experts, the following percentages were obtained: (1) good 60%; (2) 10% is sufficient; (3) perfect 0%; (4) less than 0%; (5) significantly less 0%.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini diharapkan mampu menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan sikap gotong royong peserta didik dengan meneladani nilai-nilai gotong royong dalam tradisi Singo Ulung. Desain pengembangan model pembelajaran sejarah berbasis nilai-nilai tradisi Singo Ulung disusun berdasarkan prosedur ADDIE. Analisis data kelayakan model menggunakan skala Likert dengan rentang 1 sampai 5, sedangkan uji efektivitas model menggunakan uji T Independent Sample T Test. Pada Uji T untuk tes prestasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,637 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,012 < 0,025, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap model yang dikembangkan serta menunjukkan bahwa rerata kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol. Uji T untuk penilaian sikap gotong royong diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,649 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,011 < 0,025, sehingga dapat disimpulkan rerata kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran sejarah berbasis nilai-nilai tradisi Singo Ulung efektif untuk meningkatkan prestasi dan sikap gotong royong peserta didik. The design development of the Singo Ulung tradition-based historical learning model is based on the ADDIE procedure Feasibility data analysis model using a Likert scale with a range of 1 to 5, while the model effectiveness test using the Independent Sample T Test T test on SPSS 19. In the T Test for achievement tests obtained a value of 2.637 with a significance level of 0.012 <0.025, meaning that there is a significant to the model developed and shows that the mean of the experimental class is better than the control class. The T test for the assessment of mutual cooperation attained a value of 2.649 with a significance level of 0.011 <0.025, so it can be concluded that the average of the experimental class is better than the control class. Puhsarang Church is a famous religious tourism object in Kediri District, located in Puhsarang Village 10 kilometers from the center of Kediri District. Having the unique architecture of buildings and religious facilities and the beauty of the natural panorama makes Puhsarang Church famous by tourists. The research objectives are: 1) knowing the background of the Puhsarang Church designated as a religious tourism object in 1999; 2) knowing the management of Puhsarang Church as a religious tourism object in 1995-2015. Research using historical methods include: Heuristics, Criticism, Interpretation, Historiography. The result of the research is that the construction of the Puhsarang Church was planned by Henricus Maclaine Pont and was built on the initiative of Pastor Wolters in 1936. Puhsarang Church underwent renovation in 1999, the expansion of the Puhsarang Church area and a new building was built. After being inaugurated the Puhsarang Church area was used as a religious tourism object. The management of the Puhsarang Church is under “Yayasan Badan Pengelola Ziarah Gereja Puhsarang”. Suggestions for this research are: For other researchers, it can be used as a contribution of thoughts and references, for the government must participate in preserving historical heritage in their area.
