Introduction: Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) was declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) resulting in changes in existing patterns of life. This impact also affects the world of education, including nursing vocational education. Nursing vocational education must be able to design online methods for the clinical competency with existing facilities and infrastructure. The online clinical method can describe the achievements achievable in clinical facilities so as to build students’ satisfaction and confidence.Methods: This research used quasi-experimental pre-posttest without control group method by providing clinical learning thinking like a nurse simulation. The research sample consists of 110 diploma students with purposive sampling method. Simulation focuses on clinical judgment, communication skills, and skill simulations by adopting clinical practice in hospitals. Assessment is measured using Simulation Design Scale (SDS) and Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning Scale (SCLS). Pair t test with level of significance 0.05 is used to process data.Results: It is found that there is an increase in students’ satisfaction and confidence using the clinical simulation method of “thinking like a nurse” having an average 40.69%. Meanwhile, online clinical learning methods has an average increase of 114%. There is an effect of thinking like a nurse simulation method on students’ satisfaction and self-confidence (p < 0.05).Conclusion: This research is recommended to add to the reference for online nursing clinical learning methods during Covid-19. Determining the ratio between students and lecturers in online clinic learning can be considered for further research.
Salah satu permasalahan yang dijumpai pada seorang wanita setelah melahirkan adalah depresi postparum. Masalah ini harus diatasi melalui intervensi keperawatan dalam meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan bayi salah satunya melalui qigong exercise. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi efektifitas qigong exercise dalam pencegahan gejala depresi postpartum pada ibu remaja. Penelitian quasi eksperimen ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan 27 responden ibu remaja. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang sudah terstruktur yaitu kuesioner demografi dan Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS). Variabel depresi postpartum, baik pre intervensi maupun post intervensi dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara intervensi qigong exercise dengan pencegahan gejala depresi postpartum pada ibu remaja dengan p value 0,000. Ibu remaja yang sehat baik secara fisik maupun mental akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap peran pengasuhan kepada bayinya.
Adolescents are at risk of health problems, especially when they face signs of adolescent development during puberty, namely menstruation. Adolescents tend to be less likely to maintain personal hygiene during menstruation (personal menstrual hygiene). Improper behavior in personal menstrual hygiene in adolescents can cause reproductive tract infections and other health problems. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and insight of adolescents in general to maintain personal hygiene during menstruation. The method of this activity is divided into several steps, starting with the socialization of the activity agenda, providing educational materials to teenagers through Zoom meetings, edutainment of the snake and ladder game on the carpet in the courtyard of the mosque area and finally a discussion (FGD) for mothers of teenagers about personal menstrual hygiene. The result of this activity is an increase in knowledge of personal menstrual hygiene in adolescents before and after attending education. Providing education that is packaged with a snake and ladder game model is proven to be effective in increasing adolescent knowledge about personal menstrual hygiene.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara temperamen bayi dengan maternal self efficacy pada ibu remaja. Penelitian cross sectional ini menggunakan tehnik consecutive sampling dengan 100 responden ibu remaja primipara. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang sudah terstruktur yaitu kuesioner demografi, Maternal Efficacy Questionnaire (MEQ), Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) dan Infant Characteristic Questionnaire (ICQ). Variabel temperamen bayi dan kepercayaan diri ibu dianalisis menggunakan chi-square dan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara temperamen bayi dengan maternal self efficacy pada ibu remaja dengan nilai p 0,001. Temperamen bayi sangat memengaruhi kepercayaan diri ibu remaja. Temperamen bayi yang easy berpengaruh pada peningkatan self efficacy ibu dibandingkan temperamen bayi yang difficult.
