This research study starts with the hypothesis that the personality traits of managers influence their leadership styles. Personality traits are taken from the model Big Five (McCrae and Costa) since it is one of the most dominant models of personality in modern psychology. Management styles (leadership) were investigated within the theories of transformational and transactional leadership, including laissez-faire style (Bruce Avolio & Bernard Bass). The research was conducted with 160 lower-level, middle-level and high-level managers in Serbia, employed in private and public sectors. From the questionnaire the NEO Personality Inventory (Serbian version, Kostić, P. 2002), and with the analysis of the main components, five dimensions of personality have been extracted: extraversion, neuroticism, conscientiousness, agreeableness and openness to experience. From the shorter version of Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire, three factors of leadership have been extracted: transformational, transactional and laissez-faire. The relationship between the received factors was checked by Pearson`s correlation coefficient and by multiple regression analysis. The received information showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between personality traits and leadership styles, and the most dominant relationship is between the transformational leadership style and extraversion (in a positive sense) and neuroticism (in a negative sense).
The subject of this research is the connection of the motivational structure with the quality of the leaderfollower relationship. The aim is to determine the ways to improve the quality of the leader -fololower relationship which will consequently enhance the productivity and the satisfaction of employees. The research results have shown that the motivational factors, such as reward systems, good interpersonal relationships, career development possibilities and good team spirit, are significantly statistically associated with the leaderfollower relationship. The sample includes 300 respondents with different educational and professional profiles, employed in various public and private sectors in Serbia. An interdisciplinary approach has been used in this paper, and the data have been processed by SPSS statistical analysis. Based on this research, we may conclude that the strategy of motivation throughout an organization is necessary. It should integrate motivational actions into several segments: the development of the importance of work, the awareness of employees' personal values, good interpersonal relationships and the atmosphere of team work.
EQ is believed to be one of the factors which influences stress among managers. It is important to determine stress factors in order to be able to prevent stress and enable the society and organizations to handle organizational and personal stressors systematically. Results show that stress determiners are overwork, dissatisfaction with using one's own capabilities and low work achievements together with the feeling of loss of control over one's own life, irritability, psychosomatic problems, aggression, and loss of control, and alcohol abuse. The research has confirmed the existence of statistically significant correlation between stress and EQ, as well as that some sociodemographic factors are important for development of stress and EQ.
Za organizovanje jednog efikasnog zdravstvenog sistema od izuzetnog su značaja prilikom pružanja zdravstvenih usluga razvoj medicinske tehnologije i savremena medicinska sredstva. Danas se medicinska sredstva masovno proizvode i imaju karakter proizvoda. U ovom radu autorka kroz analizu odluke zbog štete izazvane upotrebom medicinskog sredstva, Colin Gee and others v.
