Resumo:A relação entre a medida socioeducativa de internação e os projetos futuros de adolescentes autores de atos infracionais é aspecto central para a superação da condição de vulnerabilidade associada à prática de atos infracionais. Este trabalho buscou, por meio de um estudo de casos múltiplos, investigar os projetos futuros de adolescentes privados de liberdade para cumprimento de medida socioeducativa. Os adolescentes investigados apresentaram projetos futuros diferenciados, os quais envolveram aspectos positivos (família, trabalho, estudo e aquisição de bens materiais), negativos (vingança) e de indefinição. Adolescentes com projetos futuros positivos precisam ser incentivados e receber suporte para a efetivação desses planos, enquanto adolescentes com projetos indefinidos ou negativos necessitam de atenção para superar essa condição e elaborar projetos positivos. Esses resultados reforçam a necessidade de oferecer um atendimento individualizado, considerando as peculiaridades de cada caso, e a importância da articulação entre programas socioeducativos e políticas de educação, profissionalização, trabalho e renda.Palavras-chave: adolescentes; institucionalização; expectativas; projeto de vida; delinquentes juvenis. Abstract:The relationship between the socio-educacional rehabilitation imprisonmet and future projects of adolescents who committed offenses is central to overcome the vulnerability condition associated with the practice of offenses. This study aimed to investigate, through a multiple cases study, the future projects of adolescents deprived of freedom for socio-educational rehabilitation. The aforementioned adolescents presented different future projects that involved positives aspects (family, work, study and acquisition of material goods), negative (revenge) and uncertainty. Adolescents with positive future projects need to be encouraged and supported to accomplish them, while adolescents with negative or uncertain projects need attention to overcome this condition and to develop positive projects. These results reinforce the need to provide individualized care, considering the peculiarities of each case, and the importance of the articulation among socio-educational programs and policies concerning education, professionalization, work and income.
An asystematic review of the national and international literature was carried out, in order to reflect on the use and consequences of the use of the MMORPG. Theoretical material was used in the following electronic databases: Scielo, Google Scholar, Pepsic, Scopus, Sciense Direrct, books, theses and dissertations of CAPES, with the following descriptors "videogame", "MMORPG", "online gaming" gaming disorder "," internet "," behavioral addiction ", without delimitation of year of publication, in the English, Portuguese and Spanish languages, 41 articles were analyzed in two categories: General psychological effects and Gaming disorder. Results suggest that the MMORPG is a genre of game that produces positive and negative consequences, favoring the acquisition of new friendships, an increase in academic performance, as well as an increase in traits of hostility, aggressiveness, difficulty in solving problems, through a previous history of operation of personality. Also, the chronological time spent in the use of MMORPG appears as a crucial element for dependence, despite the other traits. It is suggested to conduct future empirical research involving Brazilian samples, since the studies in our country are incipient.
Este estudo investigou as trajetórias escolares de adolescentes em conflito com a lei antes, durante e depois da intervenção do sistema de justiça juvenil. Realizou-se uma revisão sistemática de literatura, considerando artigos publicados nas bases Eric, Lilacs, Pepsic, PsycInfo e Scielo no período de 2013 a 2018. Os estudos evidenciaram que a trajetória escolar dos adolescentes que cometem atos infracionais é marcada por dificuldades de vinculação com a escola, repetência, defasagem idade/série, indisciplina e abandono escolar. Durante a intervenção do sistema de justiça juvenil, a escolarização e a profissionalização envolveram a oferta de atenção individualizada e investimento na relação entre educadores e adolescentes. Após a intervenção, os estudos demonstraram que adolescentes construíram projetos de vida relacionados à educação à profissionalização.
