In this paper,we used the heavy oil of Du 84,53-55 well in Liaohe oil field,analyzed of the impact factors of the heavy oil emulsion viscosity.When the droplet size of the emulsion is reduced,the viscosity of the heavy oil emulsion increases,and the non-Newtonian obvious.Heavy oil emulsions exhibit Newtonian fluid properties at low shear rate,exhibits shear-thinning properties in the heavy oil emulsion under high shear rate.Heavy oil emulsion viscosity decreases with the increasing concentration of viscosity reducer,when the viscosity reducer concentration of more than 0.25%,heavy oil emulsion viscosity declines slowed.
Keywords: Visco-elastic property; polymer flooding; oil recovery Abstract. Polymer flooding and ASP flooding has improved oil recovery a lot in Daqing oil field. In ASP flooding, the existence of alkali decreases the visco-elastic characteristic of polymer, which decreases the oil recovery of polymer flooding. The aim of this paper was to study the visco-elastic characteristic, shear resistance in high concentration and high molecular weight polymer flooding, and analyzed the suitable parameter of it .They can provide the theory of polymer flooding development and application research.
Aimed at the cement slurry leak problem in the leakiness area cementing of Jilin oilfield, the fiber cement slurry system was developed. The general performance of fiber cement slurry, such as the pressure strength, thickness time, filter loss, flowing ability and water separate rate, etc was analysis in the room condition. The preventing and block leak ability was evaluated. The room and field tests prove that the ability of the fiber cement slurry is best. It can make the field cementing requirement in the leakiness formation and has the best effect of preventing and block leak ability.
When the dose level of polymer is settled, the change of injection volume and concentration do not increase oil recovery obviously, while the result of lab research shows that the increasing of oil recovery of high concentration and high molecular weight polymer flooding can reach or over that of ASP flooding. The aim of this paper is to study the shear characteristic in high concentration and high molecular weight polymer flooding, and analyzed the suitable parameter of it.They can provide the theory of high concentration Polymer flooding. In the process of polymer flooding, it was because increasing the water phase viscosit and the retention effect of polymer molecules in porous media that making oil flow degrees than improved ,the sweep volume expand, and improve the oil recovery. Study confirmed [1-3], polymer solution with sticky elastic can effectively improve the oil displacement efficiency, reduce residual oil saturation [4-5]. So, the study on the shear properties of the polymer system in high concentration (>1000mg/L) can provide experimental base for a high concentration of polymer flooding, it also has important significance on theory of polymer flooding development and application research.
In order to conquer the disadvantages of conventional acidizing,various special acidizing technology has been developed recent years.For instance, added mud acid into drilling mud is not able to remove the contaminant effectively, especially barium sulphide of drill fluid,however, if added some EDTA into mud acid,this problem can be resolved smoothly.Along with the gradual development of acidizing technology,considering the limitations of mud acid to certain rock and clay,a new acidizing material called nitric powder was developed.When the proportion of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid is 1:3,the mixture will be renamed nitrohydrochloric acid.Nitrohydrochloric acid can dissolve organic material and inanimate matter efficiently,theoretically speaking,this deliquescence may reach 100%,which greatly improved acidizing effect.
